房间可以看到阿寒湖全景，前台大叔人特别好，见我们没在宾馆吃，还推荐了好几家镇上味道很棒价格很实惠的都是当地人才会去的餐馆，并且还开车专门送我们去滑雪场，甚至让我们滑雪场回来时候可以打电话让他来接，真的非常感动，大堂有免费的好吃冰淇淋和咖啡以及柠檬茶，入住还会送布丁，旁边过去有一个神社，本当にありがとうございました さらに表示

カムイルミナに参加するために宿泊しました。 ホテル自体はオシャレにはほど遠い昭和の雰囲気ですが、清潔で問題ありません。 ロビーでコーヒーやソフトクリームがいただけるのは嬉しいサービスでした。 お食事（夕飯）も豪華とは言い難い内容ですが、どれも美味しくてお腹いっぱいいただきました。 朝食のビュッフェは品数が少なくイマイチですが、こちらも美味しくいただきました。 お風呂は露天風呂と大浴場とがあり、どちらも楽しみました。 カムイルミナと阿寒湖の遊覧船に乗る予定の方には最高の立地条件です。 お土産屋さんが並んでいるストリートからは徒歩15分程度で少々遠いです。 チェックアウト後にメロンパンまでいただいて、その心遣いが嬉しかったです。 心踊るようなインテリアやサービスはありませんが、お値段以上の良いホテルです。 阿寒湖の遊覧船がとても素晴らしかったので、また行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。 さらに表示

We booked for a Japanese style room, the size of the room was huge. However our room is not facing the Lake Akan which we are hoping in the first place. Great location, just besides Lake Akan and Akan Mashu National Park. We spent our morning walk around National Park and it was so beautiful during winter. さらに表示

the hotel located just right next to the pier. faced to the lake. The building and facility is quite old, onsen is located on the 5th and 2nd floor. the staffs speak limited English. Breakfast is full of variations. さらに表示

Great staff, good conditions, they do have motorbike parking right in front of the reception area. A little rest area for when you arrive so you can relax a bit befire hitting the room. And a free ice cream machine! What more could you need? さらに表示

The location is at the end of the main road, and between the hotel and the main district, there is no shop nor food at night. You would need to walk 10mins to the main district where most of the shopping and food are at. We had a rented car, so it was not a problem for us, 1-2mins drive. The hotel faces the sunset, from the room I stayed, I had a almost perfect view of sunset, and I have a good view of all the other hotels along the coast of the lake. From my perspective overseeing other hotels, I believe this is the only hotel with a good view of sunset without popping your head out of the window. The room was very clean, we had a room with two twin beds and includes a Japanese style tatami area, its a huge room considering that many hotels in japan are relatively small sized. Most of the staffs at the lobby do not speak english well, but always try their best to communicate with us when we need help. Perfect customer service I would say. You can see the sincerity of wanting to help you with your queries. Breakfast and dinner was alright, not exceeding expectations. さらに表示

The Akankoso is fine if you want to take a quick trip to Akanko. However, from about 6am, it's so LOUD. So many people in the corridor with absolutely no consideration of other guests. Children screaming and shouting and singing. The walls and doors are paper-thin so you'll hear every word. I was woken up at 2am by the people next door having a normal conversation. So it's fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to spend more than a night or two. さらに表示

Even though the hotel is a bit dated, it wasn't an issue. We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The view from our room on Level 4 facing the lake was beautiful. Coffee was served at the lobby, even though it was self-service. Wi-fi was only in the Lobby. We were given cash vouchers upon check-in, that could be used at most of the shops or restaurants at the lake. We used it to pay for our cruise around the lake. The reception staff was exceptional. They accommodated our request for an early breakfast on our check-out morning. They even packed little donuts for our bus trip and drove us to the bus station. さらに表示

The lobby is presentable and staffs were friendly. There are free ice cream and beverage which you can help yourself to it daily. (Ice cream is 3pm - 9pm). As it is just beside Lake Akan, the view is good. As for the room, while it was big, it was not well maintained. The wall has 2 holes at the which is not safe for young children (lucky we are able to cover them by moving the coffee table). The cupboard doors are broken which we have difficulties opening and closing. The toilet bowl was clean on the surface only (i.e you can see greyish/black at the side, back, below). Lastly, the shower was bad as the water pressure was very low resulting in taking long time for the hot water flow through. This is not good as it was winter when we visit and we are with young children and old parents. さらに表示

The place needs some serious renovation. I've stayed at similarly classed and priced properties in Japan and this one falls at the bottom quarter of the group. The doors to the closet were full of scuff marks and the windows are not very clean. Everything else at the property was just plain old and tired. The Internet was on the slow side but useable. さらに表示
