スタッフの対応が、とても良かったです。終始笑顔で丁寧で、また泊まりたいと思いました。朝食も種類が豊富で、凄く美味しかったです。ビュッフェなので、食べ過ぎに気を付けて下さい。 さらに表示

先般1泊して気に入り、今回は４泊した。 メイン通りには面していませんが、県庁や繁華街が近く便利。 何よりも廉価でありながら内装がきれいな室内と広い間取りが好印象。 スタッフは男女とも若いが応対が丁寧。特に女性スタッフの笑顔が印象的だった。 ２４時間スタッフがフロントにいるのも良い。スタッフは皆さん顔と部屋番号を覚えてくれ、外出から戻るとすぐにキーを渡されるのは気分が良かった。 無料ランドリーがあるのも長期滞在者には助かる。 さらに表示

建物は古いですが室内はリノベーションして間がないのか思った以上に綺麗でした。ユニットバスが非常に狭く使いにくかったです。朝食は品数が多く、このクラスのホテルとしては満足度は高いと思いました。 さらに表示

予約時（コメントに禁煙希望）と記載していたが、 ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ時、特に禁煙のことは触れられなかったので、「禁煙」か確認すると、「喫煙」になっていたので、「禁煙」のお部屋に快く変更して頂いたのはよかったです。 しかし、「禁煙」のお部屋でも「喫煙」の部屋を消臭しただけ？と思えるような 独特のにおいがありました。 消臭スプレーが設置されていましたので、対応しましたが、 「におい」はホテルの方も承知の上？かなとおもいました。 さらに表示

I highly recommend this hotel as well as Agoda! Their customer service is excellent. There was a problem with our flight and we had to change our plans but both companies readily and painlessly addressed our issues and gave us a refund. I will definitely continue to use Agoda for my hotel needs in future and Hotel Areaone is where I would stay when I next visit Miyazaki. It’s a bit of a walk from the station but the breakfast option is excellent, the staff are there 24 hours and are kind and helpful. Hotel is located in city centre. Parking fee of ¥800 yen per nite is payable but hotel provides free laundry (although use of dryer is chargeable at ¥100 per half hour) and sumptuous breakfast spread. さらに表示

Big enough room. Old building. Parking costs 800yen per night. Different types of pillows (which is important for me). Regular hotel amenities, fridge, sleepwear, bathroom items, umbrella. Etc. we have problem using gps phone number function to locate this hotel. may be is now the transition period between two owners, current hotel phone number is not yet registered at the gps system. the room size is a bit tight but is acceptable. no parking is available from the hotel but a public car park is just at the opposite of the hotel. さらに表示

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately dryer was unavailable on the day which we were staying hence after using their washing machine, had to walk out to near by laundromat to use the dryer. Finally a staff that can speak simple English as well so easier to communicate. Will be back again when I am back to Miyazaki さらに表示

I am used to staying in the Japanese Hotel rooms which are relatively small but this particular hotel is especially small. Facilities are a bit old. Nice staff and their breakfast bread is really delicious. Onsite hotel parking is expensive. Can park offsite at cheaper rate. さらに表示
