従業員全員笑顔で挨拶してくださいました。朝食のレベルも高く、宮崎市に来ることがあったらまた泊まります。 さらに表示

非常に立地の良い安いホテルと思って禁煙部屋を選択して予約しました。 ところがホテル側はアゴダから直接ではなく、楽天トラブル経由の予約票が入っており喫煙部屋ということになってました。私の予約票は禁煙になっていたので履行を求めると、ホテル側の予約票は違うので履行できないと突っぱねられました。 誰を見てサービス業を行なっているホテルなのか不思議です。部屋は消臭したからと胸を張られますが、タバコの匂いもヤニで黄ばんだ部屋ではそうそう取れるわけないです。おまけにゴキブリもでました。 さらに表示

I asked the staff to help me to book a local restaurant. He was really helpful and made some good suggestion for us. There is a smell of smoking in the room when we first opened the door even though the room is non-smoking type. Improvement of this will make our stay in this hotel perfect. さらに表示

Hmmmmmmmm.... le's see. Clean hotel, free extra pillow of your choice. Nice reception; freindly staff; convenient parking. Breakfast was average. No complaints though. I think there is a humidifier in room. さらに表示

Good location which is right at the middle of the shopping and eating street. Room is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Yet, beware that there are two hotel called "AreaOne Hotel" in Miyazaki, one with "miyazaki" and this one is with "miyazaki city", so be aware not to go to the wrong hotel, the wrong one is much further from the jr station. さらに表示

Though tiny, which is typical of Japanese business hotels, the room has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast for two was also included. While a bit old fashioned in its deco, can't ask for more for what we paid. Great value! さらに表示

Everything was great, but when I checked outfound I lost my ETC card, I sought help from the front desk, the younger staff was very helpful and friendly and calling the car rental to seek for advice, while there was no answering from the car rental, the senior staff started showing a bit unpleasant, pulling his dull face on us, and showing his impatience, and having a tendency to invite us to leave the premise asap … さらに表示

The hotel was centrally located at Miyazaki town. The room was clean and value for money. I was on the way to Kagoshima and transit a day in Miyazaki and found this hotel suitable for us. Staff were very friendly and highly recommended for travelers. さらに表示

All the equipment and service is fine for the hotel. The staff is very helpful, but can't speak a lot in English, if you know a little bit Japanese, you can communicate with them. There are many restaurants beside the hotel, very convenient to find something to eat. There is also a 100 yen shop near the hotel, it's good to do shopping there. But there are two Area One Hotel in Miyazaki, if you take taxi to the hotel, there is always misunderstanding. Be careful to this. さらに表示

The hotel is value for money but dont expect there would be much facilities available. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable but the hotel distance is a bit far from the JR station. Staff is very nice and helpful and English is good as well. さらに表示
