This hotel provide so many amenities and also a massage chair in the room, we also find foot massage tools and these 2 items were really great. As an adult hotel they served the adult content on the tv. If you stay as a couple maybe it will be alright, but if yout stay with a friend or parent or family i think it will be awkward. The staff were helpful, we asked them if we can drop our baggages to baggage delivery service company, and the staff really help us to order the service and even they filled the form for us. Japanese people are not so fluent in english, but the hotel staffs were really helpful with all they power to communicate with us and tried to explain all the terms about the baggage delivery service. We really appreciated that. The location was also great and near to dotonbori area where you can get your culinary and shopping experiences. さらに表示

Take a bus from KIX airport to Namba Station (1050Yen) One hour ride. 10mins walk from Namba Bus station to Hotel. Located 5min walk from Dontonbori. Love the bubble bath in the room, and the amount of amenities provided in the room, hair curler, hair straightener and the entire range of DHC skin care (7 btl of them). Free flow of wines, soft drinks and hot drinks in the lobby and many other amenities range from face mask, ducking sponge, body scrub, to premium nail filer Hotel staff are very attentive and friendly Cons: Balianese incense and music play throughout the hotel lobby and every floor of lift lobby, incense is a little too strong for me. Only one set of key will be given, and you need to leave your key with the front desk whenever you go out. Blanket in the room is comfortable however a little too thick for me, the thickest I have ever seen in hotel, can be a little warm for summer Overall Stayed there for 3 nights, I enjoyed my stay very much, will go back さらに表示

We were kind of blown away by how nice it actually was. For the money it was very impressive. Nice big, normal sized hotel room. Not the shoebox room like so many Japanese hotels. Every sort of toiletries you could need, room was well decorated with space to sit and eat at a coffee table beside the giant bed. Not much of a view from our particular room, except to sort of look down a space between buildings for a slight view of the street. Atleast you can check the weather. heh. Separate toilet, sinks and and bathtub rooms, with a jacuzzi and Japanese style shower gadgets. TV in the tub! XD Prime location in Dotonburi area, 3 minute walk from the train. Right in the middle of everything. Easy access to all the train lines. Walking distance to shopping, tourist traps, zoos and parks. Staff spoke just enough English to get by. But they were remarkably friendly and helpful, as were all service people we met in japan. Couldn't recommend it enough. さらに表示

Great location - the hotel is located in Dotonbori, easy access to all sightseeing spots. Friendly and helpful staff - although not all of them speak good English, they still try their best to help. Wide variety of complimentary amenities - you can find different types of amenities in hotel lobby and in the room. Hotel provides free drinks and snacks in the lobby. It's great to have a drink when you come back from sightseeing and shopping. Apart from local channels, there're free VOD for you to view (It will make it much better, if they provide Chinese subtitle.) さらに表示

The hotel was wonderful, very clean and staff were all very friendly. The only thing was the staff didn't really speak much English. I had to use an app on my phone to communicate, but beside that it was wonderful. さらに表示

酒店位置离难波地下交通枢纽B4出口很近，周围就有便利店、居酒屋等。酒店附近的地铁通道里就是地下商城，酒店出来沿着河走就可到达道顿堀美食街，过河去心斋桥步行街和oranger street都不远。酒店大堂有免费的点心饮料和日用品等，前台的帅哥美女们服务很好，有一位帅哥和一位美女会中文。酒店限成人入住，房间配套设施齐全，什么都有，电视主页可以选择中文有小惊喜哟！在大阪房间算大的，性价比高。唯一不足就是房费不含早餐，早餐另点，250日元人/天。下次去大阪的话还会选择入住。 さらに表示

本人在此酒店入住3晚, 在Agoda book的時候, 發現分開3晚訂購平HK$500, 以為執到平野, 點知去到酒店, 酒店表示你唔想每日Check In & Out, 就需要比多HK$500左右清潔費, 如果唔係就每日需要中午12點check in, 每日15:00後Check Out, 所以呢筆錢慳唔到了... ps. $200yen 日式早餐可以一試 さらに表示
