地震の直後で心配しましたが、幸い何の影響もなく快適に過ごせました。バスタブの大きさやシャワーの水量も充分で費用を考えると設備的には申し分ありません。朝食は無料ですがパンとスープとドリンク類しかないので、しっかりと食べたいのなら外へ出た方がよいです。フロントは対応が良かったのですが、朝食レストランではもう少し対応を良くしてはどうでしょう。また、朝食券て必要だったのでしょうか？朝食券を出しているのは日本人だけのように見えました。 さらに表示

Hotel code is situated in a great location near all the nightlife and shopping areas. Staff were great and the hotel room was of a decent size. The bathroom was the largest of all the hotels I’ve stayed in. Beds were comfortable and relaxing. I’d stay here again. さらに表示

A very unforgettable night! We chose Premier Double - Non-Smoking room with a big open air bath privileges. This room is very big and clean. All facilities are good standard. The breakfast is light but pretty enough because there are so many great restaurants nearby that provide a wide range of selections. We recommend this hotel to everyone! さらに表示

We travel with elderly, and our flight arrived early in the morning, therefore we request a favor from the hotel to arrange a room for the elderly to rest. Was turned down quite a number of times, after that we offered to pay extra and we able to get the rooms. さらに表示

“Location is so good.” Near to Shinsaibashi Station and the shopping street is just a few minutes walk. Many restaurants are in the vicinity. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Great shower. Free continental breakfast with a few selection. We can walk to get on Limousine Bus to Kansai airport at Hotel Nikko osaka,just 5 min walk. さらに表示

The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect, very close to the tourist shopping location with lots of restaurant nearby. Hotel also provided free and simple breakfast, it is delicious. FIrst up, the staff do speak English, so that's not an issue. Next, its very near Minami and right beside Shinsaibashi, which are the main shopping and food district in Osaka. However, the hotel rooms are small, but that is to be expected in Japan, especially one at this price. Note, while they do offer breakfast, don't expect any other thing other than bread (which is really good) and coffee/tea/juices. さらに表示

Everything is satisfactory with this new hotel at a great location (Shinsaibashi) but they are too strict about their check-in time. Had to pay extra to check in early because I arrived early on an overnight flight and was really tired. さらに表示

As as expected the rooms were very tight and everything seems smaller than usual. The rooms were clean and just the bare necessities were available. The location is great with alots of option for shopping and dining nearby and the subway is just about 5min walk away which can be access via Daimaru (i.e it will have escalators). Didn't get the chance to try their breakfast (it's Japan! why eat in the hotel?). This is a good hotel for single travellers / couples they will spend most of their time outside the hotel room. Only issue I had was when I was checking out and needed to pack - as space was very limited it made packing a bit difficult. さらに表示

The hotel is very convenient with just 3 minutes walk to popular Shinsaibashi-suji shopping arcade and connections to many more attractions. However room is very small as usual like many other Japanese hotels and also very dark. small room, even i used to stay in hotels with small rooms in Japan (even smaller than budgeted hotels), it’s extremely small with the price. many times in Japan, i goto the hotel n leave my luggage before the time i can check in. when i go back, usually, nearly every time, the staff already bring my luggage to my room, but not for this time. honestly, i have high expectation when i saw magazine reviews, but i dun think i will stay here again. さらに表示

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room is bit small but that's expected for Japan but as it's rather new, the facilities were modern. I love it's location, very close to main shopping street in Shinsaibashi and yet tucked in a quieter corner. There are a lot of restaurants and drinking places nearby and I plesantly discovered a very good place for beef and robatayaki. It's also walking distance to a 24-hour local supermarket called 'Foodium'. I would definitely stay here again but will reserve a bigger room. If I have to say one negative thing about the hotel, it's probably the staff isn't very knowledgeable when it comes to giving directions or suggesting restaurants but they were helpful. さらに表示

The location is very convenient. Right in the middle of the shopping and eating area. The room is indeed small but I already expected it and it's totally worth the price. There was a little incident on the second last day of my last stay. My nose bled for almost an hour at midnight, which gave me no choice but to ask the front office for help. There were really helpful, calling different hospitals for me. Sincere thanks to Mr. Yusuke Kashiba, he accompanied me to the hospital and calmed my nerves. I was told to go for another check the next morning and Mr. Kashiba printed out a list of clinics for my reference. This is really considerate! Despite the language barrier, we had a good chat and thanks once again of your genuine care during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. さらに表示

Walking distance to Dotonbori, 9-13 mins/4 blocks. Don't expect too much for breakfast, only bread/buns, orange juice, coffee/tea/milk & mushroom/onion soup. Simple but enough to keep you going till at least lunch. Walkway along room door is narrow, if you are carrying a larger suitcase 28'' and opening it along the floor then then you may face some challenge.
