立地は抜群によく、浜松駅北口から歩いて5分ほど。駅から伸びる地下道の出口の目の前にあり、雨にもほぼ降られない。朝食のバイキングも高品質で価格以上の豪華さがあった。部屋の設備は全体的に古い。エアコンのスイッチはベッド隣の装置のボタンを押すことで付く。リモコン式ではなく使い方に戸惑う人も多いはず。売店はなく、二階に自販機がある。飲み物は定価だったことは良かった。古いことを除けばサービスも過不足なく丁寧で良かった さらに表示

ホテル自体がやや古いこともあるのか、設備、特に電気設備のメンテが悪い。湯沸かしポット用のコンセントに電気がきていない。ポットに水を入れて準備をするのならば、コンセントに接続して動作を確認しておいて欲しいものだ。ベッドサイドのアラームもスイッチ自体が壊れており、動作しなかった。浜松駅に近くロケーションは非常に良いだけに、これにはがっかりした。岡部氏の薬膳料理などで有名だが、ベースとなるお客様目線のサービスがなされていないようだ。 さらに表示

Location of hotel is great. Just opposite to hamamatsu station. Malls and food all around. Breakfast was not worth it. Cold and no variety, better to save the money and eat at malls. Bad thing was room very stuffy as centralised aircon. We went to lobby to inform them and staff were kind to send us an air cooler so it helped. It is winter and therefore there is only warm air conditioning in the room. It will be too warm with the heater on, so can only switch off the air conditioner. There is no window that can be opened. It is extremely stuffy in the room due to no air circulation with the air conditioner off. There is no selection to switch on the air conditioner with only fan mode. Once switch on, hot air blowing out. Extremely uncomfortable staying in the room. Please avoid this hotel during winter time. さらに表示

The hotel is located just across the main train station. You can find anything you may need around the area. The hotel is old but well maintained. The size of the room is bigger compare to Japanese standard. Breakfast is OK. Parking at hotel is 800 Yen a night which is quite reasonable. さらに表示
