I expected my room has a water slide because I saw a picture inside the Suite room type, but there only one room has the slide which is not the one I lived in. The room is dusty in some spots, like panel, massage chair. The parking spot is not enough when it is in BUSY hours. No space to hang towel is a big problem さらに表示

Our stay at the Hotel Eldia Modern in Kobe was full of bad experiences. When we arrived (2 hours after the regular check-in time) the room wasn't ready, which wasn't a big problem but when we entered the room it was still pretty dirty, especially the floor. We asked for another room but because they were fully booked, they said they'll clean it again. Cleaning was finished after 5 minutes (!) and obviously it wasn't much cleaner then before. The next day the receptionist (another one then the day before) asked us to leave the key when we went out and as we came back in the evening, they didn't want to give us the key back, because they thought we would only stay one night. We had to argue for 10 minutes until she finally gave in and was willing to acknowledge that we not only have a confirmed booking but that the room is also payed for three nights.. On the second day, they didn't clean the room at all. The hotel isn't cheap and so we were really disappointed with the bad service. さらに表示
