祇園四条、三条といずれの駅にも出やすく、
観光の拠点として素晴らしい立地でした。
街並みを望めるお部屋にしましたが、ホテル自体が部屋数が少なくこじんまりとしていることもあり、京都で暮らしている気分が味わえます。

Everything was amazing. Super clean gorgeous room, amazing bathroom...fantastic staff......I thought it was expensive....but everything was superb!!! Great location for Sanjo train and all Gion has to offer. Even though $$$ I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Beautiful new amazing hotel!!! さらに表示

I loved everything. It is fairly new, a small hotel but this is good as it suits the area, is extremely clean, has great room amenities, fantastic shower and Toto toilet, friendly staff, ample breakfast, and a great location in walking distance to all of the Gion sights and over the river. Although the common space of the hotel was small, the rooms were well designed and intelligently planned. Spacious and modern interior with wonderful amenities and excellent service. The garden room view is spacious and stunning. The staff speak fluent English. The location is perfect - very quiet, very peaceful and just a short walk from Gion, the bus, railway and subway stations. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You will love walking around the hotel. I would definitely come back here again.
They only have vegetables available during breakfast (it’s delicious but I’m a carnivore) and having guests dine together on the same table may not be everyone’s thing. We only signed up for it on our first day. さらに表示

An acquired taste as you share breakfast at one big table with other guests, but that in itself is a great experience. LOVED the bespoke Japanese breakfast. This hotel/guesthouse is in Gion, right by the river and some of the most beautiful sites of Kyoto. The rooms are clean and unique and I assume of a good size for Japan - our room even had a little reading table. The staff are very helpful and you can tell that they love Kyoto and Japan (half the staff are not Japanese). It is really a fantastic base for exploring the area and we hope to be back very soon. Ideally placed in Gion this little hotel was absolutely great. rooms ere spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would return to this hotel again any time I was visiting Kyoto. さらに表示

The location is amazing. The building is a little small so it can be easily missed when walking by. However, the room was very spacious and the accommodations were great. Breakfast was good, but a little weird cause you sit next to a bunch of other guests at the same table. The classical music playing also feels a bit corny, but overall a very nice hotel and a great experience. さらに表示

The staff was incredibly helpful. Derek helped to work out an itinerary to see the sights. On the last day, another member of the staff (whose name I did not catch) helped me with my luggage to the bus stop. I feel very lucky to have stayed there. さらに表示
