Hotel room was clean and new. Although bit small, but comparable to most hotels in this range in Tokyo.
The neighbourhood was peaceful but convenient. Just a few stops away from Shinjuku, it was away from the chaos and hustle, but meant that getting to Shinjuku was quite quick. Restaurants, drinking places, and convenient stores were located just downstairs.

The hotel rooms are small and I paid extra for a deluxe room and still cant hardly move around without running into things. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. The worst part is they placed the tv next to the sink and my girlfriend hit the tv a few times while using the sink to brush her teeth. The bathroom was small as well and when you sit on the toilet your head hit the door. Call to front desk for a bag hold for one hour and was told a 2000 yen charge. The hotel is expensive and not worth the money. Was uncomfortable and the location was poor. There is a window but you can’t even see out of it. I wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy. Room is clean. There is no storage or luggage racks. All the amenities one needs. Window does not open, is partially blacked out and view to the wall of a building. I cannot tell if it was night or day in the room. The lighting of the room is a huge plus. Comfortable bed and clean. Wouldn't book for a long period to relax at the hotel. さらに表示

The hotel is located at a street with so many restaurants nearby so u have numerous options for meals. The room is quite small particularly when we want to open our two 20-inch luggage at the same time, there’s no extra room left for moving around, but that’s what u may expect in Japan. Lovely Hotel in a great location. Transport links close by that enabled us to get around Tokyo easily.
We opted for the deluxe double room which was spacious enough for us for a 5 night stay. I think the smaller room would have been a squeeze. Rooms were modern and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
