年末の年越しのためにこちらに初めて宿泊しました。年末31日の道頓堀徒歩すぐでの立地条件でリーズナブルなホテルとだけであまり期待をせずに予約してみました。 車で行きましたが、すぐ隣が車高制限はありますがスムーズに案内してもらえる有料パーキング(チェックイン手続きだけならホテル前に停車出来ます)と、フロントもスムーズに案内してもらえてカードキーも必要枚数発行してくれるのがとてもありがたいです！ 客室に繋がるエレベーター前には500mmペットボトルのミネラルウォーターがフリードリンクで冷えてるので必要な本数だけ部屋まで持って行くことが出来たのが良かったです。部屋も広くアメニティのシャンプーコンディショナーも髪の毛がきしむ事なく使えました(笑)25時までの大浴場もビジネスホテル並のイメージよりとても広くてビックリでした！アメニティも大浴場にありました。タオルのみ持参で大丈夫です！個人的にバスローブはあまり落ち着かないのですが、こちらは上下別の楽な部屋着がルームウェアだったのが安心しました！ 道頓堀へ年越しカウントダウンに行く予定でしたので、1度ホテルから出て近くで軽く買い物だけして戻って来たらロビーで年越し前(20時～)にホテルからの粋なはからいで年越し蕎麦の振舞いがありました(^^)無料配布蕎麦に期待はしていませんでしたが…いや、とんでもない！見た目もちゃんとしてる蕎麦に思わず笑いが出てしまうほどでした!!!!! お蕎麦のやり取りの時にもスタッフさん達がひとつになり、楽しみながらも、お・も・て・な・しをしてくれている様子が見受けられて一緒にその場に居られた事がとても幸せな気持ちになれました!!!!!まだ、リニューアルして浅いホテルかとは思いますが、スタッフさんの一生懸命さが伝わってきて2018年最後にたくさんの笑顔を見せて頂きました！ まだまだ、成長段階かとは思いますが、安さだけではなく、スタッフさんの頑張ろうとする気持ちが伝わってくるホテルだと思いました。お世話になりました。また伺います♡ さらに表示

室内はきれいに清掃されており、とても快適にすごせました。 部屋のキーがないとフロアへ入れませんし、アメニティーも十分すぎるほどそろえられており、若い女性などにはおすすめです。 ただすこし残念だったのが、大浴場を朝一利用したのですが、おそらく昨晩のまま清掃されていなかったようですこし汚かったです。 でもすごく気に入ったので次回も是非利用させていただきたいと思います。 さらに表示

ホテルが築浅だし、ユニットバスも新型なので洗面台のないタイプで使いやすい。洗面台は廊下にありそれも使いやすい。ただ連泊したら、冷蔵庫に入れていた飲みかけのドリンクが片付けられていた。また、デスクの端に寄せていたメモ書きや使うつもりのクーポン券も捨てられていた。大型テレビの縁にも埃が溜まっていた。激安で泊まれたし、怒るほどでもないからフロントには言わなかったが、清掃担当には改善の余地がありそう。 さらに表示

Very good hotel. Clean and modern. Very polite frontdesk and cleaning team. Also have onsen on top floor, laundry facilities, vending machines, rooftop bar. Also literally next to shopping and food. Super convenient... And not to forget... Next to an awesome Kobe Beef restaurant. さらに表示

The place is very near the Shinsaibashi shopping street. The area is well lit and safe, with considerable distance from the noisy girly bars near Dotonbori. There are 2 Family Marts near. There's a reasonably priced eatery right beside it which serves very good home cooked Japanese food. Everything a first timer needs to experience, whether the Ikinari steak or Ichiran ramen, is just a few minutes away from this hotel. They even give free drinking water. Fantastic hotel that offered more than expected. The place is very well designed and felt like a premium experience. The staff all spoke good English. There is free chilled bottled water and upstairs includes a large, gender separated onsen. The room was a bit small with little space to open up luggage, although the bathroom was excessively large for some reason. The hotel is located in the heart of the Shinsaibashi area. One side street was close to a lot of bars, while a few blocks away was the main shopping street and Dotonbori along the river. I would've preferred something a bit closer to the subway as we had multiple bags of luggage to carry about six blocks to the hotel. I love how the hotel is close to shinsaibashi and dotombori. Very accessible, near train station, room is very clean. You'll love the bathroom it has bathtub. It has a jacuzzi feels. They replace/refill everything daily (towels, bathrobe, toilettries etc.) さらに表示

The room is not large, as expected in Japan. However the staying experience is great. The room is very new due to new revonation. The staffs are pretty and helpful as always. We were assigned room 1207, which is the birthday of my wife, I wonder if they deliberately assign such to us haha. To be honest, this is the best room I have ever stayed in Japan. Love the room I stayed at, it's spacious which is rare in Japan (although I wish the bath room is slightly bigger). Great atmosphere and excellent location as subway is just minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Will come back to stay in this hotel again when I'm travelling to Osaka again. さらに表示

Just 2 mins walk to Daimaru dept store. 4 mins walk to Shinsaibashi metro station. Even though room is small, but they offer bubble bath, clean foam and body lotion. However, laundry dryer is too weak, can only dry 2-3 clothes. Breakfast is excellent. さらに表示

The location is fantastic, it is just next to Shinsaibashi. Getting to other shopping malls and attractions is really convenient. The staffs were really helpful, I felt ill at midnight and I really needed some medications, and they were really patient and told me the directions to the nearest hospital. There were vending machines and laundry rooms, the lobby had free bottles of water for you to take. There's also a huge public bath for us to relax in. Overall, I really like this hotel and I would definitely come back during my next visit. さらに表示

Perhaps it was a special opening price but what we paid for was totally worth it given that we were almost right in the middle of Shinsaibashi (the shopping street) which easily led us to Dotonbori and Namba. The train stations were a few minutes walk away but we thoroughly enjoyed walking especially during the cool autumn season. Would definitely recommend! さらに表示
