周辺に飲食店はありません（隣接の焼肉屋のみ）が、のんびりするには良いロケーションです。 窓から富士山が見えます。電線がかかっていなければよいのですが勿体無いです。 部屋は清潔で過ごしやすいです。露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 朝食はきちんと作られた感じがして好感が持てました。 スタッフの方の態度もとてもよく気持ちよく滞在できました。 さらに表示

駅から10分ほど歩きます。周辺に飲食店なし。 館内は過ごしやすく、露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 朝食も丁寧に準備されたものでした。 スタッフの皆さんも親切で丁寧な態度でした。 富士山が見える側の部屋と見えない側の部屋があるので、予約時に説明があるとよかったです。見える側も、2階だと電線がかぶります。 非常階段の上にでも展望テラスがあるとよいのですが。 せっかくのロケーションなのでもったいない。 さらに表示

2 night stay while Passing through site seeing. Room was fairly clean though shower area was only cleaned by what looked like a short person ever got out of reach was over looked. Also air vents look as if not cleaned in a good year as they are covered with very visual dus. Also on the floors closer to the walls busty , as if the seen areas were cleaned but those slightly out of the way were left in touched. It also smelled like smoke which I did expect some smell since it is allowed, but I would have though with a place not that busy they would at least air out the rooms once in a while. The good. Great location a ¥500 ride to thei station. The value is great for the size. Other hotels for a room that size 3 to 4 times the price per night. The large tub with jets was amazing and great on the mussels after miles and miles or walking each day. Over all for the size and price I would stay each time I was in the area. さらに表示

Hotel a little far from public transport, make sure you get whatever you need before heading to the hotel. Onsen is very nice, opens almost 24hrs, so you can go middle of the night - literally whole onsen to yourself. Japanese breakfast was nice too. さらに表示

Although the hotel is very far from Kawaguchiko Station, I remember it took me forever to reach the hotel, ha3! The hotel is very nice. The room is very cozy. I super like the Open Bath, I tried it after whole day tour, it soothes and relax my body. さらに表示

A bit far from the main station but overall our stay was enjoyable ! We got a great breakfast and lunch by the hotel and the Onsen to use during our stay. Definitely recommend those that will be staying for a night or two to stay here! さらに表示

I enjoy my time there. The location is quite a long walk from the train station. The staff is very nice although they can't speak english well, they have a device to help with communication. I really love the onsen. It's clean and cozy. The japanese breakfast is also lovable. The room is also clean and cozy and I can see fuji Q highland from my room which is quite nice at night. さらに表示

The front desk explain very clear all the facilitis provided by the hotel. The hotspring is great. Near to a hypermarket (just need at about 5 mins walk). We come here by a rental car. The hotel location which is a wallking distance to station is not a problem to me. さらに表示

The location is kind of out if the way if you are not coming by train. You need to take a shuttle bus at Highland bus stop to Highland station and walk about 10ish minutes to the hotel. Nothing much in the neighbour but there is a very tasty bakery on the way to the hotel. Staff is nice and helped me to arrange for T-Q-Bin service with a translator, not much English. We had very little expectations as we only chose this hotel for its proximity to Fuji-q highland theme park. Location wise it was a great choice as we expected, but much to our satisfaction it was amazing in all other aspects as well - great breakfast, spacious room, very clean and new hotel, and the best onsen we had so far - we didn't even know it had an onsen when we booked it:) only downside is that the staff knows zero English, but that's the case in almost every hotel we stayed in Japan so far. さらに表示

The place is quite far to walk from Fuji Q station took us about 15 minutes with big luggages. Hotel is old but the room is well look after, very clean. Price is very reasonable for what you get, Free breakfast with great small outdoor Onsen. We were very satisfy with the place. さらに表示

Great location, close to Fuji Q Higjland Amusement Park and bus statio.n, Mt. Fuji across the street, beautiful gardens out front, clean, room with a view, outdoor smoking room and patio with Mt. In need of remodeling, rooms are tiny and toilet smells is as bad as a public toilet. Cleanliness is below Japanese standards. Breakfast was good value for money. Open air Onsen nice, water too hot (50c), free parking. Staff did not speak English. さらに表示
