スタッフの人柄はとても良かったのですがそれ以外は残念なことばかりでした。まず、部屋の掃除が行き届いていません。前の人が使用したままの口紅がついた湯飲みや水が入ったままのポットが置いてありました。テーブルはタバコの灰が…。あまりにひどかったので部屋を変えていただきました。大浴場も外国人観光客のあとだったので脱衣所も浴室もタオルや洗面器が散乱していて、シャワーヘッドは床に置いたままでした。シャワーの温度調整は出来ず熱いまま、温泉は悪くはなかったのですが。大浴場の清掃はなぜか23:00～23:30でその時間は入浴できません。その時間以外は全く清掃に入っていません。食事もお食事処の暖房は入れてもらえず他の人の食事の生物もあるので自分で入れることもできず。食事の内容も味はまずくはないのですがあまり特徴もなく。チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも長くてもお昼までという制限付きでした。立地はバス停から一番近く観光船乗り場の目の前なのですが、そのため窓の外の道路には観光バスが停まっていて低層階だと湖は見えません。なぜか２階にはレースカーテンがないのでカーテンを開けたら丸見えでした。古いと分かっていたので確かに古かったのですがそれは想定内で、もっと清掃がきちんと行き届いていれば気にはなりませんでした。お部屋のタイプによって洗面台の蛇口はお湯と水が別々でした。ユニットバスがついているタイプだと湯温調整機能付きです。スタッフの雰囲気はいいのですが人によってプロフェッショナル感の差が大きいです。チェックアウト時にお部屋についての謝罪は一切ありませんでした。このままではもう利用することはなく、人にもお勧めできません。 さらに表示

Very friendly staff, very convenient location. So close to bus terminal and ferry station. However a bit further from the popular shopping street. Facilities are quite dated, but it's very clean. Still worth the money. さらに表示

Many recent upgrades have been made to the hotel e.g. new toilets/washbasins in rooms. I have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions & been very happy. However, this was not a pleasant visit. This time, I paid for room only, which--compared to deals with meals--is relatively expensive. My room was opposite a staff area, which meant it was extremely noisy around meal times in both the evening & morning. Also, the room was near a dining area where a party with singing/music/karaoke(?) was held in the evening. Pros: still a great location beside the lake & with views of the start of the fireworks show from the room. Onsen area good. Cons: much too noisy to permit a relaxing overnight visit. さらに表示

This is one of the cheaper hotels in the resort but it was very good value for money. The staff were extremely helpful; the onsen was a bit ancient but very nice really, location very good, clean Japanese style room. さらに表示

It's a nice hotel to stay. Though there is nothing much in the area of Lake toya. The recommended fire work is not that impressive especially for people who have seen some different fire works before. The onsen is a plus including a small outdoor pool. Stayed several times here - returning because it's such a lovely hotel. Half board meals are amazing - served either in dining areas or in your room. Good onsen, also available on a day visit for a small fee. Always relaxing. さらに表示

The hotel is dated and is in desperate need of a renovation. Our room is fairly clean and spacious though our toilet smells. Too many mainland Chinese tourists talking loudly in the hallway which disturbed our peace. Having said that, we found the staff friendly. I forgot my purse in the room after checkout and only realized it when I was already on the bus going to the JR station. The male staff at the reception was kind enough to deliver it to the JR station without charging us any fees, even though we offered. Super service!! さらに表示

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the fabulous view over Lake Toya. Slept well on comfortable futons, and enjoyed the onsen. Traditional cuisine was excellent even though had to sit on the floor to eat! Staff very helpful and told us where to see the best views of the fireworks at night. Great place to stay to see the many local scenic attractions nearby. Very good value for money, especially if you enjoy Japanese food. さらに表示

Very pleased at the quick at the quick clearing futons in the rooms when we went for breakfast. Very impressed by the efficient service. Our family has a private room served personally by a lady who take care of serving us traditional Japanese food. Very good spread and more than enough in term of quantity. She was very friendly. Though I thought it was expensive at first,I had the most memorable experience here. First of all, the view of Lake Toya was amazing. Thus, I got to see "Little Fuji" only in the evening because there were heavy fog in the morning. Second, the Japanese-style breakfast was beyond my expectation. It looked exactly like in the pictures. Lastly, the seasonal firework by the lake was a great show. I would really recommend this place for honeymooners. さらに表示

Was greeted by a friendly uncle who directed us to park our car in a small carpark in front of the hotel. Check in was speedy, after which we were showed to our Japanese style room and briefed on how to use the common bath. Both of us loved the room once we entered it - the tatami, table and cushions, with Mount Yotei and Lake Toya just outside our room window.. Wow. Dinner recommendation was great - we walked to a yakitori restaurant and had the best meal. The hotel staff were detailed in their description of where to view the nightly fireworks, so we heeded their advice to view it from beside the lake. Went for the common bath at night to avoid the crowd. Clean and comfortable. There are different brands of shampoo, conditioner and soap at each wash station for you to try. Bath was spacious - enjoyed the small outdoor area. Breakfast was elaborate and filling enough to last til late afternoon. さらに表示

The location is fantastic since it is facing the lake. We wanted to try the tradtional dinner set, unluckily , it needs to be booked long before arrival. Walking along the lake in the morning is wonderful, which makes you feel lke walking on the clouds. さらに表示

I was there for one night. The hotel and room is very old. You can smell the dust since you enter the room. The blanket and bed i felt not really clean. There is no bath soap for you too. The good thing is they have nice yukata for you and the lake view from your window さらに表示
