親子三人での利用でした。子供が小さく(6歳)、何とか部屋に収まりましたが、思ったより居室が小さく、時期もあってか値段の割に部屋サイズが少々残念でした。 ただ、とってもきれいで、すぐ近くにお風呂だけ貸してくれるところがあり、利用するのも良いと思います。 ユーティリティエリアが結構広く、荷物を置いても玄関～キッチン・洗濯機・バスルームのまとまりはゆったり使えました。 さらに表示

Rented a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment on our trip to Hakone. The location was near the Hakone Tozan cable car and easy to access. Apartment amenities were complete and the place could fit 4 people and still spacious. Wifi is readily available as well a fully functional kitchen. Would stay here again! さらに表示

Pros: The room is very clean, tiny. Good place to stay if you drive. Got microwave and washing machine. Can cook and wash cloth if need. Cons: 1) the hotel is not so far from the station but the way are incline/slope & a bit rough. NOT suitable for young family without car. 2) NO elevator. さらに表示

The hotel is very easy to get to provided you follow the advise of other reviews on this site - get off the cable train at Koen Kami then it is a fairly short walk along a level road and then downhill. The Google Maps location is accurate and there is an E-Rooms sign where you need to turn left off the main road. As stated by other reviewers it is some distance to restaurants and the supermarket and these close early as does the cable railway so you need to plan for dinner unless you want to walk uphill. Reception was extremely helpful. The room was well equipped and very clean. The Wifi ws very fast. The only minor complaint is that I am a Westerner and found the futon on the floor a bit hard but ok. I would stay here again. さらに表示

better to reach apartment before last tram (7pm) if not you have to walk up to the hill in the dark. There is no convenient shop around this place, only the nearest one 10 mins walk there. Anyway it makes this place quiet and a good rest. Not recommend for traveller with luggage さらに表示

This place is basically a service apartment and the condition inside the room is relatively new. The hotel manager is really kind and gave us map then explained us about places around the area including where to buy food/supply. Actually, It is better to make sure that you get prepared for food supply before get into the place so you can just stay there and relax after. (Or you'll have to walk at least 10 mins to reach the closest convenient store). Also, better to store your luggage somewhere before going up the hill (we stored ours overnight in locker at Hakone-Yumoto station). You'll have to walk up slope so I'm not recommend this place for elderly or group with lots of bags that cannot leave them behind during their stay. さらに表示

This place is value for money if you are travelling in a large group. The room sleeeps four. Clean and quiet. Travelling with folks like my parents (above 80) You must learned way ahead how to take the cable car to GionKami station from Gora or take a cab. It's really tough to walk up with luggages. There is no lift (if u get third floor ops) and no vending machine. Convenient store is about 10mins walk. No washing machine in the room. さらに表示

Stayed in the 2br room and it was great. One of the room was the living with a couch and tv. The other for sleeping. The room was new, clean and very well equipped. It was a little bit out of the way but if you needed to stay around gora, it's a good place to stay. さらに表示

As the title suggests, this is a perfect get away if you have a car. It's very beautiful but the walk there with our big bags were frustrating. The hill is steep with slope and it was such a pain to carry the heavy bags. However, the staff was really kind to give us a ride when we were going back. It's an amazing place, just please get a car or transportation, it's quite a distance if you gotta walk with heavy bag or travel light. The place was super clean, cosy and amazing. Really loved it. However, the nearest food is about a kilometer away and there is a convenience shop beside it. Everything close very early here. Overall, the stay was good, just that going there without a transport was a bit hard. The staffs are really kind and helpful and the place is spacious and very clean. さらに表示

Very good and new facilities. From Gora station, exit Koen Kami station from the right exit door of the cable car. If coming from Souzan station, take the left exit door at eh same station. Bearing this in mind, you won't be lugging your luggage uphill. さらに表示

This is a small 2-storey hotel in a central location. We stay in a 2 bedroom apartment having Japanese style bedrooms, modern kitchen, small lounge area and balcony with Tatami beds. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is very good value for the money and provide big space and kitchen facility. However, it does not have its own hot spring bath, and doesn't have other facilities. But, overall it is a very good hotel stay and would recommend to others. さらに表示

Location was great, especially for those who are self driving hakone area. It's 5 mins from Sounzan Ropeway station, allowing u to just bypass the cable car and buses. Room was unbelievably clean. Only issue was the lack of lifts to the 3rd floor, but bo pian trade off lah. さらに表示

I love this place, calm and clean, fresh air. it's easy to go to hotel from gora station, you must travel by hakone tozan cable car and off at koen shimo station. (take off the train on right hand door) after take off then walk up to the road and you will see the sign e-room so walk in a minute then turn left to hill on mini-road. finally you will find the hotel. it's first time for me to sleep in the Japanese style so I can't do the right bed sheet but can sleep. the important thing you need to find something to eat before 18.00 because all shop and restaurant will close at 18.00 but there are some mini-mart open until 21.00 (just ask the hotel staff, they will help you to find out where it is) for tourist destination, everything is for naturalist. many things to discover. さらに表示
