お部屋やお風呂に年代を感じましたが、とても清潔に保たれ、スタッフの方々も親切で安心して滞在できました。 小さいエレベーターが一機しかないので、お食事時やチェックアウトの時は満員になってしまいます。また、夕食のビュッフェの際、4〜5人の小さな子供たちが割り込んで来たのにはビックリ！ 一瞬不快になりましたが、年長の子が「順番順番」と他の子に言い聞かせているのを見て、逆に微笑ましく思いました。 夕飯は申し分ありません。朝食は、クロワッサンが欲しかったと主人が言ってました。 玄関付近に沢山のお花が飾ってあり、とても綺麗です。全体的にホスピタリティを感じ、好感が持てるホテルでした。 さらに表示

We love this hotel for: 1. Hotel pick up and drop off complementary. 2. Onsen with nice scenery in the morning 3. Value for money - our package included breakfast and dinner. 4. Staff was very attentive..when we were slightly late for breakfast, Restaurant call to remind us of the last admission timing 4. Breakfast and Dinner spread were good. Room for improvement: 1. We really liked Hotel Hakuba because of the breakfast. But do note breakfast only runs 7am-8.30am. There’s also onsen on site - both indoor and outdoor. Rooms were really nice and big - my group of 7 friends could gather within one room. There’s also a mini kitchen and you could ask for cooking equipments from the reception. All our rooms came with a mini balcony and a big nice window for you to admire the Hakuba view. The hotel is situated along the river and it’s nice to have the sound of the river in the background when we left our balcony door ajar. There’s an A-Coop (hypermart) 10 mins walk away, which is also where the North Face Gravity store is at. You can contact the hotel for a free shuttle pick up from Hakuba Station. さらに表示

We spoke very little Japanese, and on arrival the team pretty much answered every question we could have asked, very very helpful! Although it may look like its a way from town this was not an issue. - It was the last stop for the free bus shuttle to the snow - It was the first drop off in the afternoon :) - There are 2 food places (One late night 11pm and one closes 6-8) both were amazing - Perfect views of the mountain Also there was a closed and open air onsen, and its own restaurant (Get the breakfast deal) さらに表示

A very clean and impressive facility. Great staff who are willing to assist in all areas. Beautiful onsen and the breakfast is amazing. There are around 5 or so restaurants all within walking distance as well. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay. さらに表示

The onsen is very nice and kept very clean. The rooms were a little dated for the price you pay but were clean and comfortable nonetheless. Being a solo traveler I was disappointed that when I came down for the dinner service I was always put in the corner looking at the wall. Staff spoke little English (so what) but we’re very helpful. I would recommend the place is you do not mind a little drive to the village restaurants and shops. It is located near the main highways, so if you are traveling to different resorts, the location works well. It was a great option for a guys ski trip, and I would stay here again. Everything was very clean, but the rooms were pretty basic. The value was excellent, for what they provided. Thank you. さらに表示

Hotel is not within walking distance to slopes however we stayed here the first night. great introductory to hakuba. Rooms were small but warm and you can adjust the heat. Called hotel and they drove down and picked us up from the train. they also drove us to our next hotel. very pleasant stay さらに表示
