宿泊の前々日に足を骨折し松葉杖での旅行となり不安でしたがスタッフの方が事前に大丈夫ですか❓と電話して下さったり駅から送迎をして下さったり色々と気遣って下さりとても楽しい時間を送る事が出来ました。親切にして下さった宿の皆様に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。ありがとうございました！また、館内も古くも清掃等が行き届いておりとても古き良き雰囲気の宿でした。また足が治ったら温泉にリベンジしに行きます！ さらに表示

すごく良い
（建物） 古い立派な民家を改装したお宿です。（私は、このような宿が大好きです。） 日本建築を楽しめ、何よりその空間が落ち着きます。 にぎやかな通りから、一歩奥にある立地も良かったです。 お宿にも書いてありましたが、日本建築民家の改築宿なので、どうしても遮音性は低く、 お隣のお部屋で、大声で笑ったり、お話すると結構聞こえます。 故、泊まる側のマナーや、同じ宿に泊まる者同士の気遣いが求められる宿でもあると思いました。 私達が宿泊した際は、声は聞こえますが、不快でたまらないと言うことは有りませんでした。 時間帯や、程度などは許容できる範囲のものだったと思います。 室内は、レトロ調です。個人的好みで言えば、もうすこし和風寄りが好みですが、レトロ感をやりすぎていないので落ち着きます。 （風呂） お風呂は、一階に二つあり貸切です。空いていればいつでも入ることが出来ます。 二つのうち一つは、体の不自由な方でも使いやすい内装になっていたので、親世代と泊まるにも良いお風呂だと思いました。 夫婦でゆっくりのんびり入ることが出来、すっきり清潔で雰囲気も良く、とてもいやされました。 チェックアウトが12時なので、のんびり３回入ることが出来ました。堪能しました。 しいて言えば、お風呂orお部屋に冷水があると嬉しかったです。（思った時に即水分が取れるので） 花小宿に泊まると、御所坊のお風呂も一回利用できます。こちらも最高に気持ちの良いお風呂でした。 （朝食） 玄関右手の食堂で準備されています。 かまどでご飯を炊き、櫛を打った干物を丁寧に焼いている..そんな調理の様子を見ながら食べることは、 食事をよりおいしくさせると思いました。 スタンダードな日本食ですが、一つ一つが丁寧さを感じるものでした。満足でした。 板さんたちのそれぞれの仕事ぶりも素敵だと思いました。 ※余計なサービスを省き、気がねなくくつろぐコンセプトのお宿でしたが、お部屋のコーヒー（廊下のセルフマシーンで抽出）や、お茶（茶器も素敵）も美味しいものが備わっていて、ホッと一息の時間が優雅なものになりました。 さらに表示

Location is so good. It is closed to bus station and train station is not far away. Everything is nearby. Onsens, shopping, foods, attractions, etc.. However the room is a bit outdated and stain on the wall very obviously. Private onsen is nice but we didn’t feel it is well cleaned. Foods are nice too but the dining area is a concern. They provide grilled food everyday but air circulation is so bad. After a meal, smell is all over me. Smoky in dining area is a bit over romance. This is a big concern on me. If “silver” onsen is available on site, it will be wonderful. As I know, “Golden” onsen is mainly for healing purpose while “Silver” onsen is for relaxation purpose. Only “Golden” onsen is available unless we walk to another “sister” hotel nearby to enjoy it. さらに表示

We had a really wonderful stay in this fully traditional Japanese style hotel. The staffs are very friendly and they make you feel like home. They offered transportation between cable car station and hotel. This hotel has 2 private bath house with the famous Arima onsen. Amenities provided by the hotel are of high quality. - only a short walk uphill from bus station, also they provide free connecting shuttle service to nearby railway station -very friendly staffs who speak very good english -small hotel with clean and spacious Japanese style room, not crowded with people -lockable onsen area which can become private -dinner and breakfast are provided in semi-fine dining Japanese style by their restaurant -good worth of money さらに表示

Stay for 2 nights. we enjoys the stay. The bed is so good that we have sleep very well. Include the breakfast set and we enjoys it as well. Have our private time in both onsen, with Sliver and gold hot bath. さらに表示

The hotel was warm and cozy. It was considerate to provide a private onsen for those who wish to have some privacy. Transport was provided if you wish to go to ropeway station and train station. Staff were very attentive. The setback is that breakfast was really expensive ( western breakfast costs around 8,400 yen) and portion was really small, taste wise was just average. Due to booking mistakes made by the hotel, I got upgraded to hotel Arimasanso Gosho Bessho free of charge. The hotel Arimasanso Gosho Bessho is the same group of Hotel Hanakoyado but I pretty believe Gosho Bessho is the highest rank hotels in the group and probably one of the top hotels in Arime. There are just around 10 rooms in Gosho Bessho, with dedicated staffs serving us well. The room is pretty large (over 2000 feet I think) and their breakfast is awesome. Although Gosho Bessho is far away from city center, however we were arranged to take a private car reserved to transfer to/from city center. Really a memorable experience !! さらに表示

Pros: very good cuisine, very helpful staff, english spoken. Cons: seriously old spring mattresses, creased and squeaky. Pillows extremely firm. Absolutely no sound proofing in the rooms, we were woken up by someone’s phone alarm at 7am. The onsen are not really authentic in the facilities, for the traditional communal onsen you will have to go to their other hotel nearby. All in all, we paid a very high price for a very nice dinner and breakfast but have spent a horrible night on really old uncomfortable beds surrounded by the sounds of all our neighbors. さらに表示

a great hotel with hospitality. very thoughtful to have taken us to the cable car station to Mount Rokko for sight-seeing. the dinner there was great. some people might think the portion is small. but it was a 10-course menu. the portion was just fit so that we wouldn't be too full for the last few dishes. also the food was fresh and they were seasonal ingredients. like the onsen (hot spring) facility. guests can enjoy the public bath at its sister hotel prior to 8pm. we had it after return from Mount Rokko and before dinner. the private bath within the hotel was great. there were 2 private bath but no need for long queue as the no. of guests in the hotel was few only. the room was nice, neat and tidy. would recommend this hotel to people who enjoy the simple and neat style of Japanese (instead of extravagant style). さらに表示

Arima isn't a big town afterall. The hotel is located on the slope, so please do tell the staff in advance the time you are arriving and they can arrange cars to pick you up at the Arima hot spring station. We booked the one with private さらに表示

Very kind staff and clean, cosy Japanese style room. Shared private onsen (hot spring) was also nice. You can also use big hot spring in Ghoshobo, which located near this ryokan. They offer Kaiseiki dinner with additional payment, but in my opinion, the additional payment was cheap at the price. I strongly recommend this ryokan. さらに表示

Very good. The hotel even though is a bit old, but the cleanliness is very well-maintained. The staffs there are very friendly and super helpful. The front desk receptionist was willing to go extra miles by helping us to make a bus ticket reservation by phone when we only asked for direction to go to bus station! Very cute ryokan with helpful staff. Our Western style room was spacious with a couch and separate "porch" area. The bathroom was large. The only downside was that it was a bit dark...mostly because it's all dark wood. Good wifi. The onsen was nice with two separate soaking pools. Very relaxing. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, there is no public space for people to sit and socialize...we were visiting with several relatives and the rooms were not large enough for 7 people to comfortably fit together to just sit and chat. During our meals we sat together but as soon as the meal was over we had to leave so that they could clean up and let the next party come in to eat. さらに表示
