Hotel is right in front of Shirahama beach so location is fantastic and view is superb. Staff is friendly and helpful. Value for money as cheap for such great view and food and location. Because you will also dine and use all the facilities in the Sarakuso Hotel which rate is doubled. Room is spacious a bit old and need to revamp. There is no bathroom in the room (but has toilet) so bathing has to be done in the public bath (onsen) if you don't mind. I won't mind staying here again next time. さらに表示

Our rooms are very far from Onsen, dinner and breakfast area. The staff who do our checkin is good and helpful. He helped us arrange for a taxi for viewing of Sandanbeki, engetso inslet, and Sanjojiki Rock within an hour, so we could be on time for our train to Kushimoto. We are stressed that we have to lug our luggage to climb up a steep slope to get to the hotel reception. I have never experienced this before. I am kind of disappointed. さらに表示

我們是一家五口的家庭， 五個成年人。這間酒店可以說是旁邊大酒店的別館， 但是卻享用同樣的服務。剛到步，也是旁邊酒店的服務員幫忙，他們把行李帶到別館。我們訂了兩間三人房，到時榻榻米，房間內風景一流，直望海灘。 兩邊酒店是共享溫泉的。 さらに表示

地點就在三樂莊隔鄰，見面沙灘，景觀尚可。但是，出入口主要是由經三樂莊，才可到達Hanatemari，至進入您的房間。行動不便的旅客要留意，由三樂莊至Hanatemari(因為兩酒店已有一段歷史，設施有不完善的地方)要步步為營，上上落落梯級，還要提着大件行李。可取之處，用餐地方乾淨整潔，早餐食物豐富。旅客留意餐廳和浴池兩酒店是共用的。 さらに表示

Très bonne expérience, hôtel très bien situé à côté des points d’interets. La fenêtre de ma chambre donnait sur Shirahama beach, chambre (à la japonnaise)et hôtel bien équipés avec espace Spa gratuit. Le personnel sont des amours, anglais mal parlé mais avec un peu de bonne volonté des 2 côtés on arrive toujours à se faire comprendre. L’hôtel à l’air un peu vieillissant et rustique mais très bien pour passer quelques jours. Petit point négatif par contre sur le petit déjeuner, ne pas s’attendre à un banquet. Petit mot sur Shirahama si vous voulez du repos il faut venir hors saison, si vous voulez faire la fête c’est le feu l’été. さらに表示
