露天風呂付の客室に宿泊した。 二人には広すぎるほど広い客室に絶えずお湯が溢れる露天風呂が付いており、とても快適だった。 ただ、露天風呂はやや外から見えないか心配になった。 大浴場のお風呂もとても良く、三回入っても飽きなかった。 夕食はなるべく部屋食にしてほしいとリクエストしておいたためか、部屋食にしていてだいた。 種類、味、共に突出したものはなかったが満足。 朝食は朝食会場で、雪景色がとてもきれいな席だった。 セルフの海鮮丼を作れるコーナーがありテンションがあがったが、連日の食べ過ぎのせいであまり食べられず残念だった。 他にもフルーツなどもあり、そこそこ種類は豊富。味はふつうのおいしさ。 宿泊代が高い分、サービスは細やかだった。 部屋の広さ、清潔感、お風呂や料理の質は高い。 ただ、またこの宿泊代で泊まりたいかと言われると微妙なところ。 やや高すぎる気がしないでもない。 さらに表示

I booked 2 nights 2 rooms to spend our family time. very disappointed with the dinner setting on the first night. I booked and paid the premium crab dinner so expected a good dinner. They arranged us to seat in an open restaurant next to all return dish tray, and hear a larger group singing karaoke. It was so noisy. I couldn't believe such environment in such a top class accommodation. The food on both nights were just ok. Nothing fancy. May be we had a good experience in Kyoto and expected the same さらに表示

The rooms have evrrythings needed and with private onsen which is most valuable. The breakfast and sets dinner which included in package are perfect. Most surprise is the staffs are all very friendly, kind and really helpful. Will recommend to my friend definitely. さらに表示

Loved the private open air bath. I had the Mountain View room during the autumn leafs time, it was just magnificent. The dinner and breakfast are excellent. Location is walking distance to the hell valley, we walked there from the hotel. Parking at hell valley is charged. I really wish I could enjoy this hotel again. I miss it already. さらに表示

We stayed in 3 different ryokans in our trip to Hokkaidō this time and Hanayura was the most outstanding in terms of food. The kaiseki dinner was exceptional and of high quality and the breakfast was Japanese style with a buffet of western dishes and fruits on the side. We booked a Japanese style room with a private Onsen and it was a great experience! The water is slightly cloudy due to the sulphuric content but the bath was excellent. We booked a room with private open bath, needless to say, it is not the affordable type of room, but, I doubt you would regret paying for it. The room is huge, with a separated toilet and shower, then you get another shower area at your own little onsen. Don't ever miss the included dinner and breakfast. The dinner is an experience by itself, I looked at it, and felt so reluctant spoil that work of art before me, and I keep finding myself asking "Is this edible? Am I suppose to eat this? Is this just decorations?"...ya, that's how good it looks. Breakfast....I am not a heavy breakfast kind of person, and when I see them serving me rice early in the morning, I was thinking..."You must be kidding me..." but boy....was i so wrong..After I started eating, I ate non-stop for the next 1 and a half hour. What stood out for us were the superb location, the fabulous and spacious room with the private onsen and spectacular view. The Kaiseki dinner was brilliant in its presentation and served by a wonderful staff. Service was par excellence on every aspect despite that we had a warm check-in and cold check-out experience. Love the little details that this Hotel has, we were welcome with traditional japanese desserts, and love their tea. The food is amazing and delicate. Worth a try, the front desk can speak Chinese so it's a plus, however when the they escort us to our room, she doesn't seems like she understand what we're saying. This is the only onsen hotel with sulfuric hot spring and we totally loved it! I guess its because the hotel is located right next to the geothermal spot in noboribetsu. accessible to all the touristy spots, the japanese set dinner and breakfast is one of the best i had during my trip to Hokkaido. We really missed it after the stay. but do note that the price is not exactly affordable, do consider pampering yourself for just one night. さらに表示
