１泊２日で利用しました。 シャトルバスの予約を忘れていて、強羅駅でお電話させていただきましたがすぐに対応してくださいました。 コンビニや外のレストランは少し歩きますが、ゆっくりするにはとても良い場所でした。２食付だと、ホテル内で完結できて良いと思います。 朝食はホテルでビュッフェを頂きましたが、種類も多く、空いたお皿も片付けてくれるので、気持ちが良かったです。 温泉もとても綺麗で、お部屋も広く心地よかったです。 また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。 さらに表示

Nice room (japaneses style) with good view. Service is not "included", you have to make your own bed (futon). Facilities are expensive but the onsen is free and pleasant. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice and a nice diner room. A shuttle is available but don't forget to book it. English is basic and the communication is a bit difficult with the staff. さらに表示

The highlight here is the communal Onsen area on the top floor - great facilities and a range of different baths including jacuzzi and sauna. The clientele is very much Japanese so this hotel doesn't really cater for western tourists and not much English is spoken. This didn't cause us any issues though. We didn't eat in the hotel - dinner and breakfast seemed quite overpriced and didn't seem to get great reviews from other travellers. さらに表示

Was very happy with Hotel but disappointed with the lack of willingness of the kitchen to accommodate our "vegetarian" diets!! On the contrary the french restaurant in the main street was happy to help by modifying some of the dishes on the Menu so that we did not starve!!! さらに表示
