Even my room without bathroom but can try onsen as bathroom is nice... fullday got tired... and then you go to bathroom with onsen! All your tired was gone :) This place very quite too... i like this hotel even the staff cant speak english well but it is ok! Arigatou Gozaimasu :) To go this hotel, you can exit number 3 from bus center mae and then turn right and go straight upto 2 block... the hotel is in your right. さらに表示

Room is spacious, but the toilet is very small and has pee smell. The carpet along walkway from elevator is very old and dirty. Air conditioning is good, but has no English menu. Staff cannot speak or understand English well. There are no amenities in the room, even shampoo and soap. Although you could pick some up at the lobby, it is not convenient. Pros - Hotel Hashimoto's location is good near Nijo market, Odori park, Tanukikoji. Cons - Hotel is quite old - No shampoo and soap in the room, but they provide free amenities at the lobby counter. However there is no liquid soap. - Carpets along the walkway are very dirty. - Although the room is spacious, toilet is very small and narrow. - The toilet floor has pee smell strongly. - Staff were willing to help, but lacked of English communication skill so it was difficult. - Manager seemed to be not well trained to understand the Issues of tourist guests. さらに表示

I was reached there at about 11.20am,but front staff told us only can check in after 3pm,but staffs help us to keep our luggage without charges.On that day after our luggage keep by them,I am rushing to Sapporo station to catch my train to Furano in 25minutes time from hotel,they immediately call the taxi to us within a minutes,finally we catch up our train in Sapporo station for our sightseeing.This is the first excellent service by them.last but not least,that was the perfect service by them was when we reached at our hotel at about 10pm,after I check in,front service staff told us our luggage was inside in hotel room already.This was a such wonderful tactful perfect service by hotel staff in my life! さらに表示

It was a pleasant stay in Hashimoto hotel. Walking distance to many major attractions. 4-5 min walk to the nearest subway station. It is also close to the bus station. Most hotels in Japan only allow you to check in after 2pm, however, the receptionist in Hashimoto allowed me to check in early at 12pm. Nice and helpful staffs too. Love it! さらに表示

We booked a private room for 3 people with bathroom, it was quite convenience to travel and it is nearby public transportation (Odori Station) and many attractions. The staffs were very friendly, nice and good service mind (including all the hotel staffs) Toiletries provided on the shelf by the reception but hair dryer is available in the room. Nearby there are bus stops and Nijo Fish market and also convenience store. The pillow was not as comfy by the rest are great! For those who are looking for a hotel, I recommend this option!! さらに表示

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location was within 3 minutes walk from the station exit but requires another few minutes walk to get to subway platform. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious for three adults and adequate in amenities. However, the tatami room floor was a little old and dirty.
