Free pick up from the JR station and they also give me a ride to the bridge. The location is not far from the village town but there is not much to see there. If you did not take the dinner option, you can get dinner from the restaurant in the spa, the price is reasonable. Very nice spa because it also serve the local people, with several massage baths and outdoor spa. Wifi only available in the lobby and reception for 3g/4g is very very weak in the village, so maybe time to stay away from technology.... さらに表示

Almost perfect except for its a bit far away from oboke station, but its free shuttle service to and from the station, even to another nearby hotel as in my case, got rid of the location problem. Once arrived in the hotel, the receptionist who i still remember her name as 武內, was so helpful not only explaining the hotel facilities and onsen usage, but also assisting us to plan our upcoming activities during our stay. I was greatly impressed by that. The public onsen is really great. There is a special facilitity where you stand at the center and it fires arrays of strong water beams at your body. The open air onsen is very pleasant with the view of the back hill, with some beautiful maples leaves floating on the onsen surface. All in all, we enjoy the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in taking a relaxed day with hot spring onsen. さらに表示

The staff really took the effort to provide me with all necessary information, including suggestions on how to go about my itinerary. They often go the extra mile to make phone calls nd inquiries when they don't have the answer. Truly felt cared for during my stay. WiFi only available at the first floor lounge though. さらに表示

The hotel location is good, but the room is Small in compare with the price I paid. The Dinner was disappointing, the breakfast is even worse. I stay in a much cheaper business hotel but the breakfast is much better than this one. If you consider I pay 3+ times of money for this hotel, it is just unacceptable. however, Well, most of the hotel staff are friendly. I stay in there for two nights, the second day, they didn't clean up the room. I ask them to bring us some clean towels, they said it needs to be charged. I was so upset and I complain that they didn't even make up the room, they give me an excuse that I didn't give the key to them. It is nonsense as they come to the room to set the japan bed during dinner times. It is not good value for money and it is the worse Onsen hotel I stay in all my life!
