I was blessed to have stayed in this hotel. Our stay was completely perfect and comfortable thanks to all of staff in the hostel. They were so kind and always took care of us. Also, the atmosphere and facilities were so nice. As the hostel opened a couple month ago, the facilities were so clean and new. Our favorite space was the lounge that we could relax and have fun talking with other guests. The time to communicate with other people was one of the most excited moment in our stay. すごく良い
スタッフの方々が良い方で、気持ちよく過ごせました。駅から離れてることと観光するには乗り換えがたくさんで大変でした。また、お風呂を楽しみにしてたのですが一つしかなかったので、予約しなければならなかったです。 ですが、滞在している間に入ることはできたので問題無いと思います。 さらに表示

設備等は普通に良いと思いますが、いかんせん同じ宿泊者にオカモトさん という滞在者の方達のマナーがいかんせん悪すぎます。 1Fの共有スペースで大声で話してたり、その中に他の滞在者もいるのに平気で携帯電話で話してたりととにかくこのおっさんのマナーが悪すぎます。 うるさくしておきながら、他の滞在者の方にうるさいと喧嘩を売ったりととにかくひどいおっさんでした。 ここの宿がどうの以前にこのオカモトさんという滞在者を出禁にして欲しいです。 あんなおっさんは関東のホテル全店出禁にして欲しいです。 何度も言いますがマナーが悪すぎる。 さらに表示

基本的に客層が非常に悪い。 時期的なこともあるのか分からないが、外国人客は問題ないが、日本人客の大半は男女問わず、日雇い労働者やホームレスみたいな連中で、ある輩は共用のラウンジにもかかわらず、朝から夕方までテレビを占領して競馬を見ているし、常識やモラル、他人への気遣いが全くない。 15時からチェックインのはずだが.15時過ぎても準備ができてなく、待たされた。 施設自体は新しいが、特に共用のラウンジやキッチンは清潔感がなく放置状態で、特に冷蔵庫の中はゴミ溜めのような状態で非常に汚いし、基本的に従業員のやる気は感じない。 完全に、自分のホテルの選択ミスだが、次回のリピートは絶対にないし、不愉快で最悪でした。 さらに表示

ヒロマスホテルにはいつもお世話になってます。 どの店舗も安くてきれいな宿です この店舗は一階の食事スペースが狭いので夜は宿泊者で混み合います。 シャワーも各階に１つなので混み合いました。 ただ料金を考慮するとかなりお得です。 さらに表示

お部屋は綺麗で清潔感がありました。 ホテルの写真のサムネイルがお風呂の写真だったので 誰でもお風呂に入れるものだと期待して予約したので、その点だけは残念でした。 コインランドリーがふたつしかなかったので、時間によっては混雑していました。 キッチンは充実していて自炊ができる環境だったので とてもよかったです。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

Good location near Kuramae station with elevator access. Good and clean hotel. But it only gives you hot water to drink no normal water so you have to buy water by yourself. If you want to go to Asakusa (Kaminarimon gate, Nakamise street, Senshoji temple) it’s so far to walk. But if you go by subway, you have to go to Asakusa line first and it’s too far also walk from hotel. さらに表示

It's 650m away from Asakusa metro station & 170m away from Kuramae Toei station. You can walk to Sensoji Temple from here and the skytree can also be seen from here. The rooms and shower room are clean but limited space. We booked in a double room w/ free towels. Toiletries already provided. If you have large luggages, you'll need to leave it downstairs since the space for double room is small. No toilet inside but has own sink. Payment here is through a machine. さらに表示

It’s about a 20 min walk to a JR stations for JR Pass holders but there is a closer station (3 min walk) on a different line. We really enjoyed this area. The hostel was good enough... just make sure to pack light because there is not space for much baggage. There is a common area and “kitchen” but it’s shared with 3 floors of guests and is very crowded. 20 people are crammed in one room but you have a little curtain for your own “pod” for privacy... and it is Tokyo, right? さらに表示

I HIGHLY recommend this hostel if you're planning on visiting Tokyo. It is located in a residential area which is really nice because you get a sense of how locals live, but you're still super close to the train stations (5 min walk). The facility is so clean and elegant, the common area is gorgeous, the beds are quite sound blocking for it being closed by a curtain, and the washrooms & showers are always super clean! My only complaint is that the people staying in this hostel will take/move your stuff (not rare for hostels), so always keep everything locked up! Other than that, I would most definitely come back if I'm ever in Tokyo again!! さらに表示

Pros accessible to train stations and the staffs were very friendly; If most of the time you are outside this hostel is best suited for you; The cleanliness is superb;and Reception area is very inviting. Cons Very limited number of shower area; Mixed rooms for men and women; and No enough space for your luggages. Recommendations: Separare the rooms for men and women because I had two female roommates and they were so loud when they speak to each other. this hostel is 100% recommended with great rooms and vert clean. the showers are great and you have perfect privacy. would totally recomend this hotel to anyone. no to mention the ideal location with direct access to main metro lines さらに表示

I’ve never stayed in a hostel before so this was a first for me. The place is very clean and the staff spoke English which helped because my Japanese is very limited. The bed you get is inside of a box and they are stacked so there’s a top and bottom but they are enclosed and have a curtain on the end so you have a little privacy. I’ve seen others that are just bunk beds out in the open but these were closer to capsules. I liked the place but I’m not sure I would do a hostel again because I like my own bathroom and sleeping area. But for how cheap it is I can see why people would choose it. If I was on a budget I would stay here again no problem. It is very close to 2 train stations also. さらに表示

Good location really close to the subway station, not far from Asakusa bridge. small double room but almost like a hotel room, except for the toilet and shower you have to go to another floor, everything is super clean, the common room is a little bit small and located in the lobby so doesn't feel so cozy, but definitely worth the price for such a good location in Tokyo. さらに表示

Well check in procedure. Good staff with well attitude. Suggest open the big bathroom for free. Can be organise more local tour for the tourists. Should be updated the Chinese instructions which have strange grammar and meaning . さらに表示

I had been there for 5 days in only women room type. For the location, It takes about 3 minutes from subway station to the hostel if you come by the Oedo line ; Kuramea Staion but takes about 8 minutes if you take asakusa line. さらに表示

Hot tub on the picture is not free. ¥1000/person and ¥500/per up to 2 people or more. And need reservations. For long stay, they change the towels (it’s like thin and Not hotel towel, same as free towel at sports gym)once every 3days, if you pay ¥200 you can get another one. For changing sheets bed linens also once every 3days if you requested. I booked here already 7days in a raw. If I knew about this I wouldn’t booked here tho,afterwards I couldn’t cancel my booking and no refund. Entire building was pretty new and clean but tiny shower room and 8 shower rooms located in the basement. Tatami floor was little dirty and stone tile bath matt has some mold. I don’t like to put my stuff on the floor directly but there’s no baskets.Each shower room were not separated from male or female. I booked only female dormitory room. But lavatory/washing space were shared with male people. Toilets and one shower room for only female. Lounge first floor was clean but not enough space for many people talking eating. Totally understand that if you stay here just for sleeping is enough and worth it. さらに表示
