JR松本駅を出て左手にあるモスバーガー方面に歩いていき、横断歩道を渡るとすぐにあります。 建物には若干の経年変化を感じますが、掃除は行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。 特筆すべきはスタッフの対応のよさです。 バイトみたいな人は（おそらく）おらず、 みなさんホテルマンとしてきちんとした対応をされていました。 また松本市に伺った際には、利用させていただきたいと思いました。 さらに表示

Very good location; just opposite Matsumoto station. Many eateries within stone's throw away. Staffs left amenities and towels even when "Do not disturb" sign was put up. Staffs were very helpful despite some speaking little english. Overall a very good stay. さらに表示

Matsumoto is only our transit place in order to continue for other places. We choose this hotel because of the strategic place and surprisingly the room is great. The staff is friendly and they have free bicycle service. Will definatelly stay again next time さらに表示

Hotel Iidaya is conveniently located next to the JR Matsumoto Station, making it a good base to make day trips outside Matsumoto such as Nagano, Hakuba, Tateyama and Narai. Checking in was swift and the room was of decent size. My only major complaint is the weird noises from upstairs and the internet is only available at the lobby area. Otherwise, the free-of-charge bicycle rental is a nice touch at Matsumoto is quite a bicycle-friendly town to explore. There are plenty of places to eat around the station too and one major departmental store (and bus terminal) nearby. さらに表示

This business hotel is quite near Matsumoto train station. Hotel sign is big but hotel's english name on the sign is quite small so look carefully or you'll walk pass this hotel like I did! I like this hotel because of the location, near to the JR Matsumoto station. Easy for us to move around by train. Also you can go to Matsumoto castle with walking distance. We arrive early but cannot check in so we just store our luggage at the hotel. When we arrive late in the evening after sightseeing, their staff already put our luggage in the room. As for the air conditioner, the room take time to cold. We forced to turn off the heater. Sadly, we just spend for one night. I’ll stay again at this hotel if there is any promotion during my next trip. Thank you for your hard work. さらに表示

The hotel is just opporsite site of Matsumoto Station. Very convenient for traveller who came by train. Walk to Matsumoto Castle is only 10-15 min. The room is quite comfortable, big size and very clean. Very appreciate for 1 night stay at Matsumoto City. さらに表示

The bus, subway and train stations are located less than 5-minutes walk away. The bus station is located across the square from the train station. The hotel offers two sets of laundry machines and dryers for guests to use. You have to get the keys for the machines and a packet of detergent from the front-desk. The washer costs 100 Yen for the full-cycle, including the detergent; while the dryer costs 100 Yen for 30-minutes. There is a large Sony flat-screen TV in the room, however, all the channels are in Japanese. The TV programming is definitely worth watching even if you don't understand what is being said. Japanese TV programming is pretty unique and is part of the cultural experience of visiting the country. さらに表示

Pretty basic and clean hotel, a few meters from the train station and like 10 minutes walking from the Matsumoto Castle. Very close to the shopping area and many restaurants. I paid around 30€ for the room which is one of the cheapest I found in Japan, with bathroom, high speed cable internet and wifi in the lobby, TV, tea, yukata, teeth brush,… highly recommended if you are not looking for a luxury hotel, but somewhere comfortable to stay and close to the station. Part of the hotel was under restoration at the time I stayed but I didn't hear any noise or had any trouble about it. さらに表示

Hotel was located in the middle of matsumoto and very near train station. You can just simply walk from the station to the hotel (around 3 mins). The room was quite small but clean. When compared to the price, this hotel is very interesting. We booked 3 single rooms with own bath. Staff there is very friendly and polite. Huge room by Japanese standards. Everything worked perfectly. Staff are 6 stars! Hotel is close to food and drinks. 20 min walk (slowly) to Castle. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. さらに表示
