We love how the staff make the arrangement according to our earlier message. They put a thin thickness bed on the floor for our infant baby. Our room is deluxe double non smoking room, the room is big and comfortable! Except, there is dust under the bed and behind the side table. We loves the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Essentials is very well provided! Breakfast is delicious but has only 2 sets choices, getting bored to eat same breakfast when long stayed. The 2 beautiful ladies in the office is very friendly, helpful and professional. But the guy at the front desk sometimes disappear to nowhere. Location is excellent, very center! Near to Red light districts, it doesn’t bother us. We still will come back to this hotel again! Family friendly Hotel! さらに表示

Location is great. Close to Shinsaibashi suji shopping street. Big room and big bath area with a tub to soak in after a whole day of walking. Two sinks in bathroom. Bed a bit too soft but bearable. Quiet. Floor tiles a bit too cold in winter. Only big flaw is the night light above bed cant be turned off. The receptionist dont know much English and cant explain if the night light can be turned off. For someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness it is quite bothersome. We were supposed to have a non smoking room but there is some smoke smell. For asthmatics it is not good. The price is a little steep for a small hotel but location makes it worthwhile. さらに表示

Upon arriving at the Kanarese, the sign out the front stated that rooms can be booked for 2 hours. With this and night clubs across the road my heart sank. There was no need to be worried though - yes I had booked a hotel in a ‘red light district’ but the room was great and we had no issues. The free breakfast was ok/adequate. Once checked in, it was apparent that this was no ordinary hotel. It was a love hotel. Which would be fine, except the room always smelled like chlorine. I'm not sure if those smells put anyone in the mood for love. さらに表示

Seriously, this hotel is not our first choice but when we saw the room we fall in love... with classic style of Japan and big size room it is so fun to spent nights here. And the staff like Ms. Saori and Ms. Shigami is very nice and helpful to us. When our heater is broken they offering to change room and also when the fridge is broken they fixed it in very fast. It is near Shinsaibashisuji Shopping centre and also near at Glico Sign that we loved to take pic with. If you want to take the train it needs a 10 minutes walk. But in some place the cleanliness is not oke for us...the window is still have some dust. Overall YES we will take this hotel again if we stay in Osaka. さらに表示

Very nice Hotel, centrally located, very helpful managers. I have put a 3-star rating for "Value for Money" as the prices of ALL hotels in Osaka had almost doubled during our stay from 31st July to 8th August 2018 - otherwise it would have been 5-star. We were staying in a Deluxe Double Room. The main issue was that the sofa and table were overbeaing and took up a lot of unnecessary space. Hopefully the management will take up our advice in changing the layout of the room - and install a closet and desk + side table + chairs instead of the current furniture - which would then make it very spacious. さらに表示

Locatoon is close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Yoi can find restaurant easily with walking distance. Awesome bathtub and complete amenities. Simple breakfast yet delicious. The breakfast is delivery to your room. one thing i don't like is the hotel is close to the club. so for solo traveller (woman) juts be careful if you walk alone coz some Japanese man will offer you something and following you. We stayed in a superior double room during our recent stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was huge compared to other hotels we stayed in and the service was great. They even go to the trouble of doing daily room keys so thy can arrange to have your room cleaned when they know you won’t need your room which was a nice touch. There were millions of bottles and little packets of things in the bathroom and also little ‘vending machines’ in the cupboards with drinks and food as well as one with things like false eyelashes and hair accessories. We were close enough to the main dotonburi area to be able to walk there for a meal and were also walking distance from 4 stations, including Namba which is where the line directly to the airport starts. Locations was alright. But not the most convenient location. Hotel facilities, the aircon in my room was not working and was told I could stay in another room for a night and go back to my original booked room. But was ask to go back to my booked room when we already settled in the other room given. We had to rush to pack because the staff demanded us to pack quickly. Wasn’t very happy about it! Seriously! Breakfast was horrible! It’s worst than motel breakfast. Staff’s have a lot more room to improve their English. It was really hard to communicate with them about the aircon situation. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but if you don’t mind the horrible breakfast or spoil aircon and smelly room. さらに表示

Location - 3 mins walk to Midouji Line, quick access to Namba - Osaka- Umeda. Food- breakfast kind of disappointment as very limited range of food offered. Not ideal if you are thinking of having a full breakfast before exploring the city . However, location of hotel is situated near eateries. Services- would be ideal if provide laundry in house of laundry pick up services Staff- Friendly and helpful Room- Don’t see the need of having a jacuzzi cum shower room and toilet cubicle separated, this compromised on the sleeping and resting area and also missing a space to hang your clothing. Eventually you have to open up your luggage every day on the bed due to space constraints. Bed for double room is 3.5 feet not the ideal queen size so if you are if bigger built suggest to take the bigger room of 35 sqm. さらに表示

The location is the best, next to subway and Shinssibashi shopping street. The room size is good with jacuzzi (we didnt have a chance to use). Breakfast is very minimal in japanese style with toast and jams. Staff are helpful. Overall experience is ok with good price. さらに表示

The room is big (double room) with sofa, toilet is a two separate rooms and full toiletries. Very considerate by providing all the necessities which a traveller need. The jacuzzi is so fantastic after whole day of shopping. Breakfast selection is so-so but since it’s free, no complain! Recommended and surely we will come here again should we visit Osaka. さらに表示

Pros: 5 min walk to Shinsaibashi Metro station Easily accessible to Dotombori & Shinsaibashi shopping street Spacious room (in comparison to rooms of its class) Full Queen size bed (not "Double bed" which is common in Japan) Nice bathroom with fully equipped jacuzzi bathtub & toilets with heated seats & bidets Cons: Simple buffet breakfast ( hardly refreshed daily, might get boring after an extended stay) Breakfast timing need to be decided the day before at half hour intervals (e.g. 7.30, 8am, 8.30, etc) Not accessible by JR (15-20min walk to JR Namba station) TV (mainly Japanese free to air channels) Its a small hotel, might not be easy to book for bigger groups, extended stays or during peak periods Others: I stayed on the top floor (9th level), not sure about the sound proofing between rooms as there were only 2 rooms on the top floor. さらに表示

I accidentally booked a Smoking room but thanks to the staff, there is not even hint of cigarette smell. We had a great stay there with our kid. The room is big with full facilities and even some vending machines. Breakfast has limited choices but is acceptable.
