Omachi Onsen Village is a quiet and relaxing town. The best hotel in the world is Karamatsuso. The Japanese style rooms, the hospitality of the manager, the beauty of the hotel environment, the relaxed village streets, and especially the hot springs were very good. During the day, I was able to find my spare time and had a time of healing. Breakfast was deliciously served, delicious and I want to visit again next time. If you are worried about hotels in Omachi Onsen Village, be sure to choose Hotel Karamatsuso. I will not forget the hospitality of the Hotel Karamatsuso. さらに表示

We had an amazing stay. - There is free shuttle service to and from the bus station. Even though we did not specifically book it, the driver surprised us by waiting for us at the bus station. - The hotel may be slightly aged, however everything is clean and tidy. It completely fits the feeling of the onsen village. - We booked the alpine route luggage transport a day ahead, and our luggage arrived at the hotel before checking in. The staff even helped us place our luggage in our room! - The rooms were very big for what we paid. It came with an en suite toilet and shower cabin, if one does not like showering in the onsen. - Outdoor onsen under stars! - Dinner was exceptional, with both served food and a buffet corner. - The staff came to our door asking to help us set our futon (tatami bed). They were very professional! Comfortable bed. - The staff mostly speak Japanese, so there might be a language barrier, but their friendliness and professional attitude helped sort everything out. さらに表示

我同老婆係富山出發去立山黑部，玩完一日就係大町溫泉卿住一晚。當我地去到酒店時，女員工好有禮地安排我地坐底，然後由reception 過來幫我地check in，通常check in 會企係reception到，可能佢見到我地好累，然後佢好努力用佢有限到既英文同我地溝通。因為訂房時沒有訂埋晚餐，佢就幫我地同廚房安排我地既睌餐同早餐，又好有禮貌咁講解酒店設施，另外我地係富山運送既行李已經放係我地間房，非常感謝！日式房間好大，好乾淨，有露台可以坐底嘆茶。有露天溫泉好正因爲冇人，得我一個，食物就一般，但是員工服務超好。 さらに表示
