外観はに古そうな施設ですが、部屋は部分にリフォームされており、暖房も問題なく暖かく過ごせた。大浴場までの通路が長く非常に寒いがお風呂の温度が高めで気持ちよかった。 ビリヤードと卓球台があるので楽しめる。 朝食バイキングは付けた方がおススメです。 五竜,47,八方までのシャトルバスが出ているので便利。 さらに表示

Hotel is very tired looking overall, while it has a great location and the basics you might need for a ski weekend, the value isn't great for what you're paying (then again, I've experienced this at many ski hotels in Japan). Onsen would have been a nice bonus if it hadn't been so hot that we couldn't use it. Location is fantastic, free parking is great, nice to have a drying room, but need more hangers & places to hang things in the room! Staff was great - we were coming in after the front desk closed and they were very responsive via email, letting us know they'd leave our key in the room and info on the front desk so we could get some sleep & check in in the morning. Overall about what I would expect at any Japanese ski hotel, but starting to get tired of these prices and the owners not keeping things renovated... さらに表示

It was a place for us to sleep and that’s about it. Pros: Super close to the happa one resort, easy shuttles to the mountain and out in town for shopping and free parking. Cons:Tiny bathrooms rock hard beds, very out dated and well used bedding, a few harmless bugs and very few amenities さらに表示

Very welcoming staff. Free pick-up / drop-off at Hakuba Station or Hakuba Happo Bus terminal. Free daily (evening) shuttle to local supermarkets. Expensive on-site dinning. More than 15 to 20 mins walking to the nearest restaurant. A good drying room for ski gears. Multiple bugs (5) found in our room. Found a further 2 more bugs in the bathroom. I thought I saw a rat roaming around in the entertainment / table tennis room. さらに表示

The room is so big comparing with others. The staff are so nice and considerate. There were few bugs in the room and they took actions very soon. I will recommend the breakfast but not the dinner. Anyway, it was worthwhile. 有一位台灣的前台小姐姐人超級nice. さらに表示

Hotel is a little run down. Location is good, it has its own onsen which is one of its best features, and serves a great breakfast. Internet wifi is poor. Beds are comfortable, but bathroom very small. Staff are friendly and helpful, but English is a little hard to understand. さらに表示

When we booked this hotel, we were worried that the place would smell old and feel uncomfortable, however this was definitely not the case. The furnishings aren't the most modern but the room is very clean and warm with a nice sofa and large beds. Location is good, only a 15 minute walk to the village center or you can get a free shuttle to and from the hotel which was very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Hakuba. さらに表示

The property was great for us with 2 kids. A little dated but comfortable and the families running the property could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Very good value for money in an area that can be very expensive. さらに表示

We have returned year after year and stayed at this hotel purely because of the amazing staff and friendliness of people. The breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are VERY large (good value for money). It is not the newest hotel on the block, but we will continue to return in the future purely because of past experience. The onsen is also a BIG draw card for us. It is a little further to get to from town if you do not have your own transport, but we always hire a car, so not an issue. Thank you again! さらに表示

Would never stay anywhere else in Hakuba. If you’re after room service, mini bars and house keeping them steer clear of Keyaki, but if a large warm room with private bathroom for a low price is all you need (like me) then it is perfect. Lovely staff, with good English, comfy common room with bar, 2 pool tables and ping pong table, prime location - 5 min walk to Happo, free shuttle to other main resorts (make sure you find the back track through the trees to Rhythm/Mome Noki) And best of all, has it’s own private Onsen, a must after a day on the slopes. Also, attached restaurant offers tasty authentic Japanese food, but if you prefer to dine elsewhere, staff will generally shuttle you to where you want to go and offer free pick up services. This is my second year in a row here and I would not stay anywhere else in Hakuba. さらに表示

1. No hot water in the public spa!!! 2. Management is a chaos. Everything we asked or registered or ordered is not quickly done/confirmed. 3. No cleaning/linen changing in the room. 4. In general breakfast is good except the rice. 5. You will be able to play billiards or table tennis. さらに表示
