This was our second stay at Hotel Kinparo, and it was just as good as our first. The staff was welcoming, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the area was lovely. さらに表示

hotel look nice , beautiful, good facilities, everything is fine But....... I got a room with smell bad smoking (requested non smoking) I have 2 booking for 6 people but I send email to agent hotel that group for they arrange everything together. I check in 3 pm. Reception said separating room dinner 4 people and 2 people. I ask him to arrange for us have dinner together 6 people he said small room private dinners. But I walk to check there are 6 tables in a room I told him we can sit together, he said no cannot sorry. Unimpressive 😔😔 bad experienced 😔😔 I think at this price better go to another cheaper hotel which has service mind Hope your team improved this, I think customer doesn’t like to listen “No”,”cannot” I come far away from my country drive many hours from Osaka to hotel さらに表示

Stay here on route to Kinosaki Onsen in June - the hotel seemed quiet and guests here were mostly locals. They have an outdoor onsen where you can listen to the splash of waves as you soak, although I did so late at night so it was pitch black and hence no views, only the sounds of nature. Breakfast was delicious, buffet style with quite a spread including Japanese and western fare. I wished I could have eaten more. It is very close to the Marine Park so we visited as well, without regrets! We had close encounters with dolphins, penguins, seals etc. Really a place to relax. さらに表示

The hotel interior looks a bit dated. Room-wise, the Western style room is much better than the Japanese one. The kaiseki dinner is not as tasty and high-end type (as compared to others I have tried). The aquarium next door is worth a go (under fine weather). Hotel staff from every quarter provided excellent personalised service throughout. The Japanese style room was spacious, clean and offered a wonderful view of the sea. As we were there after the golden holiday weekend, the hotel wasn't crowded and we enjoyed the onsen very much to ourselves most of the time. We had fun at the sea aquarium next to the hotel using the 50% discount voucher provided by the hotel . Email request for transfer from the train station was quickly responded to. さらに表示

すごく良い
We were there for 3 days at the end of July. The location is spectacular. Our room overlooks the ocean and we had stunning views. The hot bath was also very clean, spacious and had the same spectacular view of the ocean. The outdoor bath is one of the best onsen experiences I've had. The service was also excellent, when we were too tired to wake up for breakfast, the ladies brought a tray up for us. However, the hotel is about a 10 mins car ride from Kinosaki Onsen. There are shuttles to town only in the morning and the only other way to and from is by taxi, which may be a wait. That meant that once we head out to Kinosaki Onsen, we pretty much stayed out there. Other than the hotel and the Sea World next door, there was nothing else near the hotel. Some of the furniture was fraying and I would recommend that the hotel fix those up as those as the finer details that makes a difference between good and very good. さらに表示

We enjoyed our stay there very much. Unfortunately, we could not extend our stay there due to full booking. We also failed to see the beautiful sunrise scene due to cloudy weather. Would plan another trip to this hotel next time. さらに表示

晚上的懷石料理品數有點少,雖然住宿以及裝潢都很豪華,住起來是很舒適...但對於一般第一次的觀光客而言,需要做快要10分鐘的接駁車才會到街上,有點太不方便...但旺季時街上溫泉街很難訂到飯店也只好住到這個比較遠的地方...臨海的風景非常漂亮~~夏天應該是很適合的地點,冬天就不推薦了 さらに表示

温泉十分好，有戶內及戶外兩個，人數不多。服務人員親切，晚餐卻沒想像般豐富，但亦不差。隔離的水族館一般，3小時行完。想休息一下，浸下溫泉，是值得推薦的地方。因不想睡塌塌米，故訂西和色，最後要4100元一晚，好像貴了㸃。 さらに表示
