スタッフが親切でお部屋も清潔、ゆったりとした広さでくつろげました。立地は心斎橋に遊びに行きましたが大変便利な場所でこの値段はびっくりしました。

すごく良かったです。私は大満足でした。
・フロントの方が日本人ではなかったのですが、丁寧な日本語で対応してくださいました。チェックアウト後荷物も預かってもらえました。
・枕元で電気も操作できますし、コンセントとUSB差込口もあります。
・枕元以外にも机のところに3個コンセントがありました。
・十分な風量のドライヤー、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫(水1本入り)、マグカップ、コーヒーとミルク(どちらも粉)あります。
・クローゼットにはハンガー4本と除菌・消臭スプレーがありました。
・タオル類はバスタオル、バスマット、手拭きタオルがありました。
・アメニティはノンシリコンのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ(全てシトラスの香り)、歯ブラシセット、カミソリ、くし(ブラシ？)、体を洗うタオル、綿棒2本がありました。
少し気になった点については、
・シャワーを弱めに出すとだんだん弱くなっていって出なくなります。ですがいっぱい蛇口をひねって強めに出せば弱くなっていくことはなく問題ありませんでした。
・ハンドソープが「ハンド＆フェイスソープ」だったのでこのコロナの今、ちゃんと手が綺麗になるのか心配にはなりました。
・上の部屋(?)のトイレを流したりドスドス歩かれると音が聞こえます。

The hotel located near to Shinshaibashi shopping street which you could easily walk to Dotonbori. Many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores. Pretty much great location. さらに表示

The hotel is just a block away from the Nagahoribashi station which makes travel really easy via trains. I was able to conveniently travel from my Kyoto accomodation to the hotel via train. I also got around mostly by walking because this place is near Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, etc. There's a big Tokyu Hands store a couple of blocks away! Around the area are some interesting places to eat, and shop. The hotel itself is a modest one, but it's so cozy and comfortable. The amenities worked well, and the bed is soft. The front desk staff are friendly. I will definitely book a room again on my next visit to Osaka. さらに表示

Given a complimentary surgical mask to each of us and more can be purchase for a small fee. Early check in. Location is very convenient and the staffs are helpful and polite. Triple Room is spacious for 3 persons to move around and the bed is of super single size. Overall is very satisfied. さらに表示

The room is much bigger than what I have in others cities. Reached in a rainny day and they allowed me to check in early without any additional charges (the others charged me for it) thankful! Pros: next to nagahoribashi station. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Have 7 eleven nearby. Staff clean the room, refill two bottle waters and all others necessities Everyday. Most of the staff are Taiwanese and converse well in Chinese, and Japanese . They are very helpful and friendly. The hotel lend us universal adaptor coz we didn’t bring any without any deposit needed. The hotel room is quite big and we can open and pack two big luggage together. The room looks exactly the same like what showing in the photo and description. The hotel provide a handset with data and voice call as well.
Cons:No washing machines or coins machines in the hotel. You hav to tell them that you need to wash clothes and charges of 880yen for a basket. If you don’t have the needs to wash clothes , just opt for these hotel.

This hotel is very well recommended for travelers staying at Osaka. It is a new hotel and it is way beyond our expectations. The receptionist named Chen (sorry for the wrong spelling) was the best one out of all hotels weve stayed at Japan. As its our first time there, we find it VERY strategic to get to tourist attractions. Our deepest thankyous to all the staff here as they helped us from beginning till check out. *Location is fantastics. Walk 3 min to Shinsaibashi. Foods and shopping surrounding.
*Price is sastified low price with twin room (Midium Big) and clean and fresh.
Bed is Awesome, sleep very well and keep warm.
*Services Crew can speak Chinese, easy to communicate.
*After Check Out, luggage can pass to Service Crew until we back to move.
Nice experience with Hotel Kojan and Service Crew friendly and nice.
We will back Hotel Kojan Osaka.

whole the trip we moved to 2 hotels, hotel kojan is our last 2 days staying hotel. during the last day trip, our group have 2 person felt sick and suffer while we checked out the hotel. we are asking whether the staff is it allow 2 sick person sit at the lobby to wait us shopping and travel back to airport. hotel staff very kindness and allow them stay at lobby to wait, but after hotel property boss saw them are cooling and sit there. then instruct their staff to brought them rest at the room without charge us any extra cost. we do really appreciate the boss n staff treat us like family n care about sick person. i will stay again if i visit to osaka. さらに表示
