お掃除が行き届いてなかったのか部屋が埃っぽく子供が鼻炎になりました。洗面所のコップに汚れが付いていましたが、フロントに連絡したらすぐきれいなコップを持って来てくれました。フロントのスタッフは親切で良かったです。 さらに表示

The hotel is about 8-mins walk from Kyoto JR station and accessible through main road and easy to locate. With a nice view opposite to a historic temple. There are also family mart and restaurants nearby. A new, very clean hotel with cozy deco and well equipped. Room is quite spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the kyoto station and it has convenient stores nearby. it is also located in front of a temple. if you want to experience a Japanese style hotel in a quiet neighborhood. This is the right place さらに表示

Overall, the location, room & staff services are within expectation. However for the additional amount that we have to pay for the futon beds. We were told to set up ourself instead of by the hotel housekeeping . A bit disappointed on this. さらに表示

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The onsen is a big selling point. Hopefully you get to stay more than one day as the larger onsen alternated between men and women each day. The breakfast was great. The place is cleaner than clean and I had a lovely stay. One problem I had was the ridiculous use of plastic. In the onsen for example, each plastic cotton bud was wrapped in plastic. packaging as well as everything in the room which was also full of single use plastic. さらに表示

Easy to walk and find the hotel - 5mins straight walk from Kyoto station and 2mins walk to bus stop for a 20mins bus ride to Nikishi Market. Really love the warm hospitality of the staff and they are really helpful. The look of the exterior and interior of the hotel is exactly how the photo looks. Room is huge accommodating 2 adult + 1 youth, 3 big luggages + 1 cabin size and still with tons of walking space around. Modern with a little of Japanese traditional deco makes the room more comfortable and cosy. Family mart in the next street and many restaurants and eateries around the area. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends who are going to Kyoto. さらに表示

The hotel was very convenient to the train station. The rooms are small, so not much space for luggage or moving around but very clean. The staff at the front desk did not speak much English but were friendly and helpful さらに表示

We enjoyed this hotel so much because it is beautiful, quiet, had a good breakfast, room was a good size and the onsen was awesome. We loved our daily soaks and scrubs with the nicest products. Great location for seeing the city. All good. さらに表示

We stayed at Hotel Kuu Kyoto for 3 nights in Kyoto. It was very easy to find the hotel, roughly 5 minutes from Kyoto station. The room was spacious and clean, we got a phone that we could use in town which was very handy . There is 2 places in the nearby where you can rent a bike or tandem for couples. The breakfast is exceptionally good, thought it was well worth the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times! I highly recommend this place to stay! さらに表示
