数年前に利用した際に大変良いホテルの印象があったので、今回箱根への旅行が決まった際には家族の意見一致で再び利用させて頂く運びとなりました。このホテルの1番の売りは何と言っても食事だと思います。私達が利用したプランは夕食がフレンチのフルコースで、前菜からデザートまで、全てにおいて見た目よし、味よしの大満足のひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。普段食べることのない珍しい食材や味付けに、家族一同驚きと感動で終始笑顔と会話が絶えませんでした。朝食においても3種類の中から好きなものを選択でき、連泊においては前日と多少メニューを変更してくれたりとサービスの良さを実感しました。久しぶりにゆっくりとした食事を堪能でき、家族との貴重な時間を持てたことに感謝です。館内も至る所掃除が行き届いていて、部屋の設備やアメニティにおいても申し分なかったです。また、私達家族にとって大変有難かったのが、強羅駅及び早雲山への無料送迎サービスでした。今回は鉄道を利用しての旅だったので何度もお願いしてしまったにもかかわらず、嫌な顔ひとつせず大変気持ちの良い応対をして下さいました。重ねて感謝致します。大満足の家族旅行になりました。また箱根に行く機会がありましたら利用させて頂きたいと思います。大変お世話になり、有難うございました。 さらに表示

レストランの洋食もとても美味しく、露天風呂は最高に気持ちが良く、お肌もすべすべになりました。お風呂上がりには、無料のマッサージチェアに横になってリラックス。飲み物だけでなく、カップ麺の自動販売機まであり、夜中に小腹がすいた時に便利でした。スタッフの方達もとても感じが良く、楽しい時を過ごさせて頂きました。 さらに表示

It only took me a 3 minute-walk from Koen-Kami Station to get to the hotel. The room was large, neat and tidy. However, the hotel would ask for a extra fee for using their public hot spring, and it must be paid no matter to take a hot bath or not. さらに表示

Lovely hotel with its own serene touch and with its own indoor hot spring up in the Mts resort area . Its secluded location within 15 -20 mins walk away from the nearest Gora cable car/train station . During daily hotel shuttle operating hrs , obviously No logistic issue . However , for those arriving there after 7pm or 8 pm or later hours when mostly everything were closed including cable car to those higher stations , hotel shuttle ceased operation..then travellers have to opt for taxi which pretty few in those area after nightfall (about 730 Yen ) to the hotel during evenibg hours . Must do some homework to standby the call a cab number or rather you can call out for taxi . Was told that the Gora stn tourist information center can make such free call for free hotel shuttle (was very efficient during day time operating hours) and more taxi too . But after night fall when everything closed , it can be a bit tedious to get there . さらに表示

The hotel is 400 m away from closest cable car station, 2nd station from gora station. If you will staying here, i recommend to save their number because the offering shuttle service from gora station to hotel , vice versa. It is a vintage hotel and jungle is behind it with mountain view. There is onsen , outdoor and indoor. The room is so big for three people さらに表示

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They offer a shuttle service from the train station which is convenient and although it starts at 9am they made an exception for us and arranged to take us there at 8.30am. Location was a bit far from the train station and pulling luggage steep uphill was no fun. The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan's condition. However, facilities were worn and tired. One mattress was torn with exposed springs and the bathroom vinyl floor was warp and creaky. さらに表示

it was a very pleasant stay, I enjoyed beautiful mountain view and experience Japanese bathing culture in a very cool onsen.. the location is only 3 minutes walk from Koen Kami Station. P. S: Please kindly add some map direction in the station. me and my husband got lost at the very first time. oh yeah.. and thank you for your greeting cards of our first wedding anniversary. the location is in very quiet neighborhood, close to the station and gora park. Hotel is outdated, but the staff always smile and nice, the receptionists spoke good english and very helpful. Breakfast and dinner need to be reserved ahead of time, we did not get the dinner, but the breakfast was excellent. The onsen is one of the best, rich with minerals and clean. Beds are a bit hard but still fine, there are 2 kinds of pillows, personally I like the hard one. No wifi in the room, only at the lobby. If you rent the router, you should be fine. The hotel provides free transfer to bus station and rope-way station, or basically anywhere around gora. さらに表示
