新しいホテルで、バストイレ別、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、キッチン完備されて快適に過ごせます。 洗濯用洗剤と洗顔剤は無かったので、各自で用意が必要かもしれません。 後、長期滞在にも向いていそうです。 さらに表示

really great room, with kitchenette and bathroom. staff were also really really friendly and helpful. awesome spot for the value, especially in kyoto. only downfall is it is pretty far from most tourist destinations. but there are a few bus stops near by and train station is a 15 minute walk away. さらに表示

Beware! This is not a hotel. Dormitory in a far flung area situated in an alley. Room size is only 15 sqm not as stated 24 sqm. Scam! Deception! さらに表示

Near Nijo Castle and other landmark areas. And bus station is just 3 min walk. I suggest that you use the Kyoto City Bus and subway pass for convinience. :) さらに表示

Very nice place to stay, everything is brand new! A huge benefit is that you can cook your own meals. As we stayed over New Years most restaurants were closed. Great staff! Owner even went to the store for us and bought buckwheat noodles for us! We'd definitely stay here again!, さらに表示

Property recently opened and the hotel is a mint condition and offers a great price value. Room is really functional (not much space around bed but quite typical in Japan) and with lots of amenities. It is really central in Kyoto, meaning not necessarily in the touristic areas but very well connected by bus. If it is not your first time in Kyoto or if you spend several days in the city, it is a good opportunity to stay in a less touristy area. Bus stops to the main attractions are next to the property and super convenient (subway is further away but I think bus+train is actually better than subway to move around in Kyoto). Several supermarkets are within walking distance. It’s a family owned property and owner and staff were extremely nice. A great stay! さらに表示

時常去日本，但這次是帶著一整個家族親友去，所以一定要有廚房。剛進門時讓我驚訝的是床，比起日本的雙人床，這真的是很大的床，孩子們很開心🥳該有的都有，只是沒有洗衣精，但櫃枱可以購買。交通也方便，出巷口不遠就有公車站牌，還蠻方便的。離二條城也近（應該說是日本人習慣走路和騎腳踏車）實際帶孩子走到那其實要15～20分，到超商買公車一日卷¥600隨便坐，其實很方便。有到京都還是會選擇住這裡。 さらに表示

地點位置很好，三四百公尺就有巴士站，雖然離鐵路有些距離，但車站附近有大家的超市和mall十分好逛，生活機能相當的好，旅館設施很新，房間雖然沒有很大，我們2大2小入住也很夠用了，而且設備很齊全，電視、廚具、洗衣機等都有相當方便，服務人員更是親切熱忱，在京都的這趟旅程幫助了我們很多，十分感謝，我們一家在這住的非常愉快，真心推薦給要來京都玩的朋友們。 さらに表示

此次入住的是雙人雙床房型，房內提供洗衣機、微波爐、電磁爐與熱水壺，很適合有小孩隨行的小家庭，廁所乾溼分離，有小浴缸，有個開放式的衣架區，唯一美中不足的地方是，沒有提供書桌，如果要書寫信件比較不方便。離公車站「千本出水」大約步行5-7分鐘，走路至二條站也約10-15分鐘。 さらに表示
