従業員の人の数が少ないのか部屋の電気がつかないといっても最後まで対応して貰えないし。大人2人子供1人の予約のはずが大人2人のままの対応で子供の布団すら用意してくれない不親切さにとても驚きました。 さらに表示

古い建物のせいか、泊まった部屋は中途半端な改装がしてあり、強引に収納場所をオープンにして上にTV、下に冷蔵庫を配置。じゃ～、服はどこに出せばいい？って感じですよね。 掃除が行き届いていなくて、トイレや洗面所は清潔に見えません。 おまけにシャワーのお湯が全然温かくならなくて、フロントに言ったら、３階の端の部屋だから、２０分ぐらい出しっぱなしにしないとお湯にならないと言われました。 これでホテルって言えるんでしょうか？ さらに表示

　フロントには女性が一人しかおらず、自分たちで下駄箱を探して　名前を見つけて靴を置き、スリッパをはいてフロントへ行った。和室二部屋だったが、一部屋は薄暗く　もう一部屋は壁と桟の間に隙間があり、驚いた。冷蔵庫もなく、テレビはBSも映らず、必要最小限の設備だった。中国人客が多くにぎやかで、大浴場の入り口には日本語と中国語の注意書きがあったが、更衣室の床は水浸しだった。翌朝は窓から見えるという富士山を楽しみにしていたが、あいにくの雨で見られなかった。朝食バイキングは、取り皿が濡れていてビックリ！衛生面は大丈夫なのか？内容もイマイチだった。宿泊代が安いので仕方ないのかな？　チェックアウトの時に富士五湖周辺の地図をもらおうとしたら、山中湖周辺の地図しかないとのこと、忍野八海への地図もなかった。口コミと違ってちょっとがっかりでした。 さらに表示

Fair for the price, cleanliness was good enough. Rating as an overall onsen experience compared to others we have been to, we were not greeted at the door with the usual welcome party. we walked up to the empty foyer and reception counter. we were soon greeted with a friendly staff, only to find out that they only accepted cash. After deciding that we would make another booking elsewhere if credit card was not accepted (and this was not even noted in the agoda/booking fine print), he was kind enough to finally accepted our credit card. It wasn't our best Onsen experience, the rooms and common areas were run down. The Public Baths were fair, body wash/shampoo/cond was provided but no extra towels nor face cleanser etc. I am not convinced that the water was from the springs, it was clear and did not have the same richness as other onsen resorts. the temp. between the 2 baths varied. Pros: Clean beds, nice room, very traditional Japanese style if that's what you're looking for. Supplies slippers and possibly yukata, though you may have to ask. Breakfast was very good, large variety. One of the baths was very nice and relaxing, easy to use. Fairly close to convenience store. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, very accommodating. Cons: Not optimal location. While close to the convenience store, finding a restaurant to eat at was difficult. I might recommend getting dinner from the hotel. If you're coming late at night (after 8pm), you may have to resort to taxi to get there. The showerhead seemed a little bit unclean. The water that came out seemed fine, but it was a little offputting. At one point, the bath water for one of the public baths was so hot even the locals couldn't fully get in. Overall: not a bad experience, but it was expensive for what you got. さらに表示

The hotel quite far from the main road, and there isnt any clear sign on the main road, hotel was huge, no lift, they have a very nice family room with comfortable massage chair, the best is you can see mt.fuji from your window bedroom. さらに表示

worst hotel of the five we've stayed at using agoda. impossible to locate - took almost three hours to find it once we reached the town. seedy surroundings, rusty cargo containers and dilapidated structures. menu was thoroughly uninspired and blah. room and public areas were dirty. once a grand hotel, now needs deep cleaning and the replacement of carpeting. we left right after dinner on the second night - not wanting to spend another night there. さらに表示

room was fine, but the hot spring was not hot at all!! especially in the morning, it makes me think that is a fake one, also the dinner and breakfast included were buffet!! i didn't expect to have buffet in hot spring hotel in japan, really shame!!! so i won't recommend this hotel at all!! さらに表示

After reading some reviews from other travelers I was reticent of booking it, but it was Autumn and it was the only one left. After all, it wasn't that bad. It is just confortable. And I have to say that it is not so difficult to find. It is just a few minutes from the bus stop. It is near the lake where you can lay on the grass and see Mt Fuji at its best. I have to advise, that the bathroom in the ensuite room is rubish. You can not take a shower in there, no way. The water is cold and the space is tiny. You will have to use the onsen. さらに表示

Pleasant stay but very basic. I can speak Japanese but I guess communication would be difficult otherwise. Rooms are large but bathrooms very tiny. Spas are overbusy and not very "inviting". Still the location is nice but having a car to go around independently is preferable. さらに表示

The hotel is traditional Japanese. It could be very nice, but needs some basic upkeep. The buffet breakfast was decent, but we got a fabulous breakfast our last morning in the tea room (we were one of only two couples staying the previous night). The biggest difficultly was the language barrier as we speak very little Japanese, and the staff does not speak English. We had no hot water for our shower, there were holes in the outer walls allowing mosquitos in over night, and the ac did not work. We would have liked to complain, but the language barrier prevented it. I would like to think with how friendly the staff seemed, they would have moved us to another room. さらに表示
