チェックインでまず、荷物を１つも持とうとせず仲居さんは、さっさと行ってしまう。部屋は、立っていないと富士山も見えない。イスは安いダイニングの丸椅子でくつろがない。冷蔵庫に水も入っていない。 布団がせんべい布団なので、寝られないと思い、布団が入ってる所を開くと、物凄く重いせんべい布団が山積みで、重すぎて一枚でも持てない程。干したことも無いのだろう。布団の上に座椅子を頬り投げるとかで、中の壁は、まるで殺人現場の様に赤黒いキズだらけで、恐ろしくなってフロントを呼ぶと 判っていなかった。せんべい布団は学生用らしい。それでも二枚ずつ追加し その上にスポンジマットレスをのせてもらった。風呂は、露天風呂は三人四人入ればいっぱいになる小ささで、それも熱すぎて、入れず。水でうめたくても とんでもない壁に蛇口があり、ホースがなければうめられないのでやめた。食事は、お手拭きもナプキンもなく、ビニールに入ったティッシュを持ってきた始末。三人しか仲居はいなく、それもおしゃべりで気がきかないので、スーパーのそれも、チープな惣菜を 焼いたり 暖める、詰めるだけの不味さ。デザートなど、固形燃料の紙鍋のそばに置いてあり、何だろうデザートなんだ？と思って手を伸ばしたら、温かい杏仁豆腐。蟹もきちんとハサミが入ってなくて食べずらく、板前はいないのだろう。酷すぎる食事。なのに、アゴダには高い点数がついてあり、外国人は、安く泊まれるのかもしれないが、日本人には高い割りに、いままで泊まった中で一番酷かった。日本人数人いたが、誰も全く楽しそうじゃなかった。朝食のあと、一度部屋に戻ると、テーブルも座椅子も布団だけ、片付けて避けてあるだけで、もとに戻してないので、自分達でもとにもどし、座椅子も座布団も戻して座った。７階建ての五階までしか使っていない。従業員は、10人もいない。なのにサービス料金？ ホテルにも旅館にも劣るのに。近所のビジネスホテルの方が何倍もまし。酷い部屋、酷いので食事、酷い風呂、酷いサービス。サービスなんて事をしらない人達が、バイトでやってるだけ。 さらに表示

ホテル全体が古い。温泉がぬるい汚いので要チェックが必要です。朝食配膳スタッフおばちゃんに寒いと言ったら、やな顔をされて一瞬暖房を入れて直ぐに消されました、あり得ません！！とても寒い朝食をお客さん全体が感じていたと思います。埃は部屋の隅全体、トイレの配管など少々の風呂カビなど！？ さらに表示

ロケーションは最高でした。河口湖のほとりで富士山が大きく見えて、感動しました。お値段もお手頃でしたが、やっぱり施設が古くて、エレベーターとかちょっと怖かったです。部屋にゴミが落ちてたのは残念でした。あと大浴場の前に洗濯機と乾燥機が3台ずつあるのですが、1台ずつ壊れていたのが残念でした。 さらに表示

The hotel is clean; however, they allow smoking in all rooms and lobby area. They deodorized the rooms, but they still had the smell. The location is about 2 km from Kawaguchiko Station, they have shuttle to the station starting at 9 am, you have to order taxi if you need to go the station before 9 am, and it can be quite expensive, around $20 (beware, the taxi meter will keep running as they wait for you to come down) さらに表示

View of Mt fuji from window is superb. Room size is ok. Traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast is good. Onsen facilities is not too bad, with one indoor and a smaller one outdoor. Free self service ice water dispenser outside Onsen. さらに表示

The receptionist, Mia-san, was very helpful and friendly - I missed my dinner as the restaurants were closed but she offered to send me to a convenience store to get my dinner, thank you so much Mia-san! :D The other staffs at the hotel were really friendly too; I made use of the pick up service and the drivers are warm too :) View of lake is great from the onsen! さらに表示

The hotel is traditional but the staff is taking good care of it. And you can tell they pay lots of attention to the details. We stayed for two nights and the breakfasts of two days were different. The hot spring is perfect. You can see Mt.Fiji always. さらに表示

the location is bit far from kawaguchiko station, but it is worth it as we can see lake and the Mount Fuji from our room, also the hotel offered free shuttle bus till 8pm. The room was clean and tidy, they even set out the tatami for us before we arrived, but the facilities were bit out-dated, needs upgrade. さらに表示

public bus at kawaguchiko will stop at around 7pm local time we were back from gotenba and reach kawaguchiko station at around 8pm and that's no bus and taxi around that time. we called the hotel for help and they are very helpful and pick us up from the station. very good service ! and great view to view mt fuji from room さらに表示

We opted for a traditional room with mountain view (no meal), and no regrets! The view is gorgeous. Location is perfect, drive-able via GPS, (toll or non-toll route available), and accessible via public transport and hotel shuttle vehicle. The room is clean and very spacious for pair travellers or even family size as there are additional futons & mattresses stored in the room. All room and public amentities are accurately described. The room cost per night is good value just for the view. Great local cuisine within walking distance and Lawson within driving distance. さらに表示

1. We booked a room via Agoda 3 months in advance of the stay and sent a message to request for breakfast to be added to the room but was turned down by the hotel, asking us to cancel and rebook the hotel. Is adding a breakfast to the stay so difficult? We will just need to top up for the breakfast when we arrive at the hotel. 2. The toilet smells and the toilet looks like it’s not maintained for ages, soap scums on the door and there is visible chunks of dust on the ventilation. 3. My parents left for a walk in the morning at 8am but when they are just back for a short 20 min walk, the futon is gone and they can’t even rest until check out at 10am. This is so rude of the hotel to keep the guests’ futon without even asking. Fine that the housekeeper wants to keep it for washing but didn’t have the decency to ask if the guests still wants to rest. Hence overall the stay was disappointing. さらに表示

As a frequent traveller to Japan onsen hotels, we were slightly disappointed as the staff didn't guide us through the place and were rather cold. We had to go to our room and figure things out ourselves too. However, we saw that the staff did guide through other guests. さらに表示

We enjoyed out 3 night stay with free upgrade to Deluxe Mt. Fuji view room for the last 2 nights (we only book it for 1st night). Food and service are great. The view from our 6th floor room is a bit obstructed with the front building so the lake cannot be fully seen unless you are tall. Mt. Fuji however looks beautifully. This hotel is among the best value for dollar along the stretch of road. The onsen is not too crowded with nice view. さらに表示

We looked out the window and saw Mt. Fuji, Great! We enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast and dinner, the onsen and the room facilities. Almost no downside except that the self serve laundry facilities need some maintenance work. Well, who will use the serve served laundry service in a Onsen hotel in the Mt. Fuji area? We do :) as we don't want to keep dirty pants + sweaters in the luggage. It is a pity that we only stayed for one night. さらに表示
