画像では綺麗な部屋に見えますが古いです。 ですが、駅に近く他の新宿駅付近のホテルよりお値段が安いので仕方がありません。 さらに表示

部屋が狭かったです。スーツケースを広げられない。ベット横にコンセントが欲しいです。冷蔵庫はお茶を入れておいて朝飲もうとしたら凍ってました。設定温度の見直しを。お風呂場にタオルをかけるバーが欲しいです。エアコンが自動でonにならない。 さらに表示

新宿駅西口に近く利便性は高いが、ホテルの躯体や設備が古く、清掃もイマイチで快適さは感じられなかった。 館内にコインランドリーや無料のコーヒーサービス、自販機もあり便利だが部屋の狭さと値段を考えると他のホテルに比べて割高だと感じた。 部屋中にホコリが舞って、空気清浄機を使っても喉を痛めたのもマイナスポイント。 さらに表示

日帰り手術後に泊まりました。 コンビニも飲食店も近くて便利でした。 一つだけ挙げるとしたら、禁煙ルームでしたが、湿っぽいような匂いを感じました。エアコンも３０分くらい使用していたら匂いが出てきたような気がします。 さらに表示

周囲はひと癖あるけど根強い人気の飲食店が密集するエリアです。店の喧騒はさほど聞こえなかったものの、早朝６時半に近くの新興宗教のお祈りなのか、賑やかな鉦と太鼓の音が寝室まで響いてきて目が覚めました。元々あった古いホテルを改装したのか、間取りや浴室の壁はレトロです。新宿をベースに街歩きや仕事するにはとても良い立地だと感じました。 さらに表示

The only reason I reserved a room here is that I was traveling by train from Kofu to Narita, and didn't want to get into NRT after midnight. The train makes a junction at Shinjuku, and I figured that I'd leave the station there and stay at this nearby hotel. The problem was that nobody on the street knew where it was, and even with Google maps we couldn't find it. We wound up taking a taxi to an from the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel closed about 10 minutes after we arrived (before 10 PM), and there were a few restaurants in walking distance, but most were packed. Next time I'll plan on taking a taxi and stay at a namebrand hotel. さらに表示

Near to quite a lot of food places, not too far from Shinjyuku train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly, I need to make an urgent short local call and they help me without charging. they allowed me to keep my luggages for few days while I'm not staying in the hotel. Their staff can spark English quite well, one can speak Chinese, that's helps a lot. さらに表示

The room is very clean, hotel is very near with convenient mart and shops and only few mins walking distance from metro station. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Value for money. Will come back to stay again. さらに表示

This is a good hotel. Well located close to golden gai and piss alley. Rooms are small, typical japan and bed a bit smaller too. The area in nishi shinjuku is alot quieter. I would prefer staying in Kabukicho though. さらに表示

The room was small and the hotel looks old. The lifts were in maintenance when we stayed there for 2 nights. They have only 2 lifts and when we just checked-in, the staff told us that from 10 PM - 7 AM, the lifts couldn't be used because of maintenance. Some of the staffs were rude and they were not helpful at all when we asked about transportation to go to airport hotel. The view from our hotel window was a cemetery park. it was quite scary at night. The lobby is on 2nd floor, and the lift access to lobby is hidden. I don't recommend this hotel for holiday trip. さらに表示

I have no complaints about the staff as everyone was quite helpful and friendly, the hotel was quite old, thus not as clean, and very small. Price wise it is quite expensive, but probably because of the location. But still I would say it was not worth it. There was no lift going to the reception, so if you have big and heavy luggages like us plus young kids, it can be a bit challenging. The toilet seat was broken, and shower was very small as well, towels were not changed not unless guest would request. Though it comes with breakfast, there was not much choice with the plate-in meal that was free. But then again, it is just about 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku train station as well as places of interest.. Difficult to find the hotel though, I think it will be easier to ask for directions if you describe it as next to the park, with a cemetery behind it. さらに表示

The standard room quite small for us, because we have big luggage. To access the reception from the 1st floor, I don't like, I suggest for the lift access, the door can make it bigger and nicer is better. For the staircase access, if can cover it by glass and make a escalator is better. さらに表示
