立地は、浜松町には徒歩５分くらいで近いが、少し歩くので大きな荷物があると、辛いかな。私は今回は、東京駅からタクシーで１５００円でした。部屋は普通です。チェックインのときは、普通のビジネスホテルかな、と思っていましたが、フロントの方の対応が非常に親切でテキパキしている。朝食もおいしく、ベテランそうなスタッフも、若手のスタッフも目配り、気配りも素晴らしく、土日のピークで込み合うところも、うまく切り盛りしていた。３日間宿泊しましたが、周辺のレストランも少ないが、良い店が多い。私は周辺知っているので、苦はなかったが、初めての方には、紹介などしてあげたら喜ばれるのではないでしょうか。すばらしい「おもてなし」で感銘を受けました。 さらに表示

東京旅行を計画して、どうしても宿泊費がネックでしたが、ここは料金が安く料金以上の設備でした。綺麗で清潔でした。浜松町の駅も近く色々な東京観光に行けました。東京観光に家族で行くならまた泊まりたいです。 さらに表示

Direct 20 min Monorail to Haneda Airport. Located near Hamamatsucho and Daimon station. Convenience stores and restuarants nearby. Room is spacious, clean and lots of toiletries. Hotel staff is very helpful to help us to keep our big luggage bags for a few days while we travelled to different parts of Japan before coming back to Tokyo to stay. さらに表示

Hotel location about 10min walking distance to Daimon station. A quiet hotel which provide a room for 3 adults, comfortable beds n reasonable size toilet. A walking distance to an Indian restaurant that provide halal food with reasonable prices. さらに表示

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. for me it is near the train and metro stations that makes it convenient. also in the area there some great restaurants. it is not to far from Tokyo tower as well. Hotel staff is friendly and rooms are cleaned every day. I needed to receive a parcel and also with this the hotel staff was very helpful. I for sure will be back. さらに表示

Pros: - Close to JR Station (Hamamatsucho) and Tokyo Metro (Daimon) - Walking distance to Tokyo Tower - Familymart, 7-Eleven and some food stalls are closeby - The room is quite big for Japan standard and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 child’s comfortably - The staffs are friendly and helpful Cons: - The price is abit expensive - The hotel did not provide free drink bottle like in any other hotel in Japan さらに表示

It was our fifth and hopefully not the last one to come back and stay in this lovely hotel. Ms Arisa Susato one of the reception team was always accomodative with service excellent. Usually when we arrived back from other city, we found out they have put our left luggages in our rooms. This time they did so. Only a little hiccup with the manager on that day, Mr Masaki Sasakawa who did not consider us as a loyal client (who always stay more than 3 nights in this hotel for our Tokyo trip and always reserved more than 1 room), refused blatantly to let us have a late check out. Befause we have a late evening flight. Though finally he let us to have an extra one hour (which means 12:00 noon because their check out time is 11:00 AM) for one room. It was kind enough perhaps for Japan standard but it was not an excellent one from a 4 star hotel, which usually let us to have a complimentary late check out around 2-3 hours. Actually we choose the hote because it is near the station with a direct route to Haneda. We must consider again for this point. さらに表示

Excellent stay at this hotel, sparkling clean, 5 - 10 min walk to main loop line, close to convenient stores. Not easy to find a reasonably priced hotel that comfortably fits a family of 5, so this was perfect! さらに表示

This is the fifth time we are staying in this hotel and certainly is not the last one. Fiance's favorite hotel among the 5 that we stayed during our Japan trip. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs could understand English well and has printed information on the nearest laundry service (the hotel itself do not have washing and dryer machines on site) and food recommendations etc. The hotel is easily accessible from Hamamatsucho station but not really visible and they have a sister hotel (HOTEL MYSTAYS Hamamatsucho) nearby that constantly shows up on the google maps. Loved the King bed and Sofa Bed configuration. Worked out well for our family of four with small children. Sofa bed was comfortable. Location was very near Hamamatsucho Station and a direct monorail ride from Haneda Airport. Toilet was a little cramped though. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Only negative was a centralised heating system that resulted in a very warm room even though we set the room thermostat to 20 degrees. We switched off the thermostat the second night and opened the windows instead. Overall was a pleasant stay and will be one of the shortlisted hotels to stay in Tokyo さらに表示
