オーシャンビューのお部屋で、朝日がとても綺麗でした。夕飯のグレードも申し分ありません。朝食のバイキングも品数が豊富で大満足でした。お風呂は泉質も良かったのですが、外国人の利用者がダイビングするのを注意する看板や監視員の人がいなかった事が残念でした。また利用したいと思いました。 さらに表示

お盆、正月は淡路島と決まっているので、色々なホテルを利用していますが、やはりここが一番です。気になる点は、細かくなりますが、お部屋のトイレの鍵が懐かしい感じだったり、大浴場のシャワーが手動(出続けない)、プールの女子更衣室が狭くて、カーテンがないのでドアを開けると見えている点です。
スタッフさんも慣れ不慣れはあれど、心で対応して頂いているように感じます。家族全員一致で次もニューアワジ‼︎

今回は畳部屋の宿泊と朝食のみ利用しました。部屋から海がの景色です。温泉も最高で、女性のスキンケアまでおいているので手ぶらで行けます。朝食は洋食よりもやっぱり和食のほうが美味しかった。何によりもスターフのサービスが好印象でした。車まで送って、何人のスターフが車が走ると笑顔でバイバイしてくれました。 さらに表示

客室係りは普段は海外のホテルで働いている若い女性でした。
一生懸命やってくれたので、滞在を楽しむことが出来ました。

Maybe we live in the cheapest room, the carpet of the room is very dirty and smell of smoke is strong, we feel a bit shock when we step into our room, but the view of the sea is superb! さらに表示

a very beautiful onsen hotel at seaside. Beautiful sunrise at the morning. Food is good and delicious and the staff is friendly although we got some communication issue with the staff with not so good in english but they still very polite and helpful with your problem. A very memorable and good experience with the service and facilities of this hotel. For sure i will visit them second time if got chance. highly recommend! さらに表示

Staff was very helpful and very good hotel however check in is 3pm & check out time is 10am. Too short for one night stay especially it has few onsen to enjoy, no time for it. さらに表示
Compared to the hotels in nearby area, this was expensive and food service sub-standard. I was assigned a room that was on the side of the building where my open air onsen doesnt facw the sea (which i paid for specifically) and there is no privacy at all with the nearby builsings overlooking my open air onsen on the side of building さらに表示
