Really close to Yamagata Station and bus stop to Zao Onsen. But the staff not really helpful. She not allowed my 2 years old son to stay at this hotel at first. Luckily i print out booking details and it showed that i booked for 2 adults and 1 child. さらに表示
There was a change of plan with my trip. I booked a hotel for 1, but my husband decided to join me. I asked the staff if I could SHARE the room with my husband, but she just kept saying I booked for 1 person only and there are no rooms available anymore. She seemed very confused of what to do.
So, to spare her from my situation, I told her it’s okay. Then I booked my husband a room to a different hotel.
I was quite disappointed with the service. Usually the staff will suggest a solution or would allow an extra person (with extra fee) in the room as long as the room can accommodate it. We had a similar situation before in ROUTE INN HOTEL and they happily fulfill our request.
My room in Hotel Mogamiya was quite spacious so it wouldn’t have been a problem if my husband joined me. さらに表示

Location was good, very close to main transportation line. Room was also bigger than most hotels. However they do not provide free wifi. There also is no "Do Not Disturb" sign. さらに表示
