早朝4時に出発、まだ空いていないタワー駐車場を開けていただいたのですが、対応から案内、そして照明対応まで、本当にスマートで、シティーホテルはかくありたきもの、と思いました。感謝していますし、また泊まります。 さらに表示

すごく良い
agodaのシステムで一番安い料金設定だったため、禁煙室の指定ができなかった。そのため部屋もそのフロアの廊下もタバコ臭かった。部屋では空気清浄機をフル活動させていたが、しみついた臭気は完全には取れない。また廊下の臭気は何ともしがたい。なので、清潔さと設備・サービスは1点減点とした。 さらに表示

! I am traveling alone in Japan for three months. I stayed at this hotel for a month. I got 9 pieces of luggage altogether. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the train station. On the day I checked out I asked the hotel manger, Mr Taniguchi, to help me take the luggage to the train station but he refused. He asked me to take a taxi or put the luggage into the lockers at the train station. He told me that there is no such kind of service from his hotel. All the other hotels in Japan will give help to the guests about luggage but this hotel manager is very unhelpful!. さらに表示

The hotel managers called Mr Taniguchi and Mr Ohta provided bad service to me. They are stubborn and unhelpful. I am only one person traveling and I got a lot of big luggage. The hotel is just two minutes walk to the station. I need to take the train. The two managers refused to give me help to bring the luggage to the station. They don’t even let me borrow the cart. All the other hotels in Japan can help me. But this hotel refused to do so. I stayed at this hotel one month. I spent so much money on this hotel. I have been in Japan for many times and this is the worst hotel I have ever tried. Looking is good, lobby looks good, but the service is 0. They didn't say it's a smoking room in Agoda, but they gave me a smoking room, when I argued, they charged me 1000 yen for the change of room type. It was interesting that they did not try to solve the problem but keep saying they need to charge. They stated that the room type is "smoking" for smoking room, but they did not stated anything for some types of room, which I thought it's non-smoking, but then I was wrong. They have the worst Japanese service ever. I will not come back again! さらに表示

距離JR近江八幡站，只需要站行3-5分鐘。車站附近有便利商店，餐廳，車站另一邊有Aeon Mall！非常方便！車站有巴士去八幡神社等等觀光點。也可以坐JR去彦根(彦根城)!! 是次入住Twins Room，房間空間很大，床也很舒服！附送的自助早餐，選擇很多，味道很好！如果去滋賀縣旅行，可以考慮這間作為住宿(o^^o) さらに表示

從來沒有試過，他們說我訂兩晚的房型不同，因此，如果我要在同一房間連續住兩晚，需要額外付費。問題來了，我看了飯店設計圖，他們所提供的兩間房，面積是一樣的。那我要求兩晚都住他們口中所謂小一點的房間吧，他們又拒絕，那根本是他們沒安排好，而不是我的責任。然後我付費了，收據都沒給，就可以兩晚不用轉換房間了。 另外，他們標明是「吸煙房」的，是吸煙房沒錯，但不寫上的，竟然又是吸煙房，然後說假如我要換房間，要另加錢。所以，他們根本有足夠的房間讓我換，只是他們堅持要無理收取費用。 酒店，你得到我的錢，但你們永遠失去了我這名顧客。我是第 4 次到近江八幡了。 さらに表示

在一樓大門停個租用的小型車就有人出來迎接，嚇了一跳。算是很高級的飯店、也有高級的接待。房間又大、又新、空間舒適，後面就是車站也方便。推薦。 さらに表示
