すごく良い
佐賀に限らずニューオータニ系列はどのサイトでも良いですね。
どちらも古めかしい建屋ですが風情を感じます。
ただこの系列は、どちらも移動施設から離れた場所にあるので、
用途次第では好立地であります。
また利用させていただきます。

和室に宿泊。お堀を眺められるロケーション抜群の部屋でした。佐賀駅から距離があるためタクシー移動になります。スタッフの対応も良かったです。全体的に建物の古さはあります。 さらに表示

Very big and clean room looking over the river. It’s quiet and well kept. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel provided a baby bed for us which was very considerate. The surrounding scenery is nice with Sakura blooming along the bank. さらに表示

I was staying at the Japanese Stule room. It's a bit old. But excellent view to the river. Free parking is great. さらに表示
1. I booked a non smoking room bec Im pregnant, when I go to my room I saw an ashtray. The room is smoking room.
2. The staff is not friendly,she is not smiling when we check in.
3. I go to lobby to drink hot drink,the staff is not working, she didn’t give me a menu, she ask me if “What I’m doing there”
4. I book a dinner in lotus restaurant and the staff ask me if I had an allergy. “I said no,but because I’m pregnant I don’t want to eat raw food, she said ok“ I order a course menu and she give a raw fish”what the heck?I said no raw food and they give me a raw fish.
5. The next day.“Breakfast”we have a ticket for Free breakfast, my japanese husband give the ticket to a staff, The the staff said“welcome”To him, then after my husband the staff ask me again if “what are you doing here” what the heck? What I am doing here?Of course I’m going to eat breakfast? Because I’m filipino maybe she didn’t like me since the first day. This is my first experience to discriminate bec I’m foreigner さらに表示

The hotel is well served by various bus services. We left the window open for cold and fresh air at night, the geese/birds sound from the canal is a great and pleasant wake up call. The front desk manager helped us with restaurant reservation and arranging luggage courier, this is much appreciated. We will be back to Saga for the air balloon fest one day! さらに表示
