非常に満足
小学4年の子供と上野公園の国立科学博物館へ。　朝上野に到着し、こちらのホテルに荷物を預かってもらって博物館等々一日楽しんで、夜チェックインしました。　駅近だし、観光もグルメも盛りだくさんだし、近くにコンビニもあるしとても便利でした。　寝相の悪い子供なので、和室にしたのですが、民宿みたいで結構リラックスできました。　古い建物ですが、使いやすいようにトイレとお風呂リフォームされていて何も困りませんでした。　また利用したいです。 さらに表示

今回は会議で来日中の最終日に泊まりました。初めて上野駅周辺での宿泊でしたがとっても便利でした。朝食なしのプランでしたがすぐ近くにファストフード店もあるので心配ありません。空港まで1時間ちょっとで着いた。 さらに表示

滞在時間中は特に問題なく熟睡できました。　ただ、チェックアウト時に次回の予約が出来れば尚良かったと思います。 ４月にも上京しますが、インターネットで調べたら既に満室状態で已む無く他のホテルを予約しました。 さらに表示

Got a free drinking water when I checked in which is really appreciated since I came there during my last days in Tokyo before I depart. Ideal location since it's near Ueno station and most subway stations which is great for those who avail rail passes. Room is ok though for once It felt like I had no room to open my huge luggage anywhere but the bed. Mine doesn't have a closet which would be helpful if was staying there for long to store jackets and shoes otherwise not much for one day stays. Uses keys instead of smart cards and I have to leave them every time I leave the hotel which often get it confused with me checking out. Staff knows a bit of English so explaining stuff might take a while especially with issues with my room which I didn't have apart from turning on the TV but with getting your room key it helps if you know a bit of Japanese at least with your room number. さらに表示

Pro: The location is great and just next to Ueno JR station. There are wendy's and other restaurants and convenience stores just at the corner. Con: The room is small which is fine since it is normal for all business hotels in Tokyo. If you book a smoking room you will be assigned a room in the old building and the facility is relative older than other hotels I have been stayed in Tokyo. Overall cleanliness is okay but I did find stain from leakage of the deodorizer on the desk. So they keep basic cleanliness but slightly below average. さらに表示

The hotel located in a perfect location, just 2-5 minutes from JR stations, and Ameyoko Market. The hotel surrounded with restaurants and shopping areas. And also near to UENO park and Skyliner. Staffs are nice and friendly. In rainy days, hotel has free umbrella for guest. Highly recommended. さらに表示

3 mins walk from JR/ShinkansenUeno, great variety of restaurants (some opens 24hrs) Should try Za-Watami next building, easy to walk to many attractions like Amekocho, Doquixote, Ueno zoo etc., take a Kaisei Skyliner back to Narita Airport in 40mins. Super, will definitely stay there again. さらに表示

Just across the road from Ueno station. All facilities and equiptments fuction properly. Bath area is a bit small but still functions well. Will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Tokyo. さらに表示

Just a minute from Ueno station, Asakusa exit. We enjoy shopping and eating at Ameyoko and easily walk back to the hotel within 5 min. Most impressive thing is the stuff, not only helpful but also very honest. We stupidly forgot our money bag at the reception counter, the male stuff returned it to us right after he saw the bag at the counter. Hotel New Ueno will definitely be our 1st choice for our next visit to Tokyo. さらに表示

A small but clean hotel The location is close to Ueno station. Easy access to major railway lines to other parts of Japan. Also close to the latest landmark the Skytree and Asakusa shrine. Room is small but clean and well equipped with necessary toiletries. No complait as I only stay for one night. The main advantage for this hotel is its location. The hotel is well located, very near to the Ueno Train Station (less than 3 minutes walking distance) and close to shopping areas. Its room is clean. Value for your money. The staff there is also very helpful and they can speak English pretty well. The disadvantage is the room size is quite small but since the location is Tokyo, it is understandable. さらに表示
