30secs walk to the lift and base, decent indoor/outdoor onsen, clean room, great japanese style breakfast, karaoke room for friends having fun, store with variety food and drinks/alcohol in the hotel, what more you can ask for a ski resort in niseko. さらに表示

Fantastic location just steps from Ace pair lift/lift pass counter. Complimentary ski lockers to stow equipment, and glove/boot driers in the cloakroom. Great breakfast. Good value lunches for that quick meal in between ski sessions. Ground floor cafe sells items from Milk Kobo, including the dreamy cheesecakes and drinking yogurt: saved us the bus trip! Restaurants were downhill from hotel, but not more than 10min walk away. And walking uphill after a big meal was good for digestion! Staff: adequate English, very obliging and helpful. To encourage green choices, 500Y voucher given to spend at the gift shop for every day we forgo housekeeping. Good sized rooms, but bed and pillows a bit hard. Onsen with outdoor section (roofed) overlooking the ski slope. Can get crowded 1-9pm when open to paying public. Value for money. Happy! Would stay again!! さらに表示

We have stayed at the Alpen a few times and it never disappoints - good breakfast selection, useful shop with a wide variety of ski goods and convenience food for last minute purchases, comfortable onsen, massage service on sight, very professional room cleaning service, not to mention the ski in ski out location. Excellent for families for young kids - pricing is a bit steep but we will likely choose it again. さらに表示

The staff are very helpful. We left our phone in the room when we check-out and the front desk email me informing about our phone and they help us to send our phone to tokyo. Definitely will stay this hotel again next year. Thanks for all the helps さらに表示

It is a nice place with good service. Convenient location for skiing. Good facilities (convenience store, onsen, swimming pool, fast wifi, coffee shop, skiing access/locker room, etc.). Nice sushi place inside the hotel. All in all recommendable. さらに表示

Location is awesome (just right beside the Welcome Centre and skiing area), staffs were helpful too. The room was a little old though but it's clean. They have free onsen for you to use too so it's good. Breakfast buffet has a huge selection too. さらに表示

Location wise - really one of the best. You can literally ski/snowboard right up to the doorstep. Breakfast view of people skiing/snowboarding. Super amazing. Breakfast - Amazing. love the indoor swimming pool and rooms with mountain view. the staff not very helpful. we arrived at 12pm and the room was not ready till 2pm. so we wanted to leave the luggage but u need to bring them down by yourself to b1 by stairs and the staff was not helping with the luggage expecting you to bring them down by yourself. we received the breakfast voucher but weren't informed that it was chargeable. when we check out they ask us to pay for the breakfast. usually the FO would asked whether we need breakfast and tell us the rate. it was like a daylight robbery as they charged us 11,500 Yen per pax per day for the breakfast. さらに表示

This hotel wasn't cheap though it's the off-peak season at the time we were there. When we goggled for nearby restaurants, the websites indicated that they were open but when we drove there, they were closed. We went to a nearby Japanese restaurant (at the corner, opposite a convenience store) to have dinner and they served oishii (delicious) food. The buffet breakfast was very good. The onsen was all right. The counter staff spoke English and she was helpful and polite. さらに表示

Ski in and ski out. Huge pool and hot tub area. Saunas. Massage parlor. You have access to your own ski locker and the mountain offers night skiing. You name it this place has it. Located in Hirafu where all the night life is. It is across street from Welcome Center where the buses drop you off. Great value. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Niseko. If you don’t want to be stuck at your hotel at night and having to resort to taking the bus into town, stay in Hirafu. For example, the travel agent tried to get us to stay at the Hilton. While it is a pretty hotel, there is literally nothing else around it. So at night when you get back you are stuck at the hotel unless you want to do a 20 minute bus ride each way to town. The Hotel Alpen exceeded expectations. さらに表示

This hotel's location is excellent for skiing as the ski lifts, equipment rental and ski academy is less than 50m. Literally ski in ski out. It has a natural Onsen bath area, free for hotel guest and JPY1000 for non- hotel guest. Cost is expensive. One may stay a little further away which is less expensive, but you may store your ski equipment in the rental shop and take the bus to and from your hotel. pros: location great breakfast well designed ski lockers and spacious ski storage the sushi restaurant cons: lack of english speaking front desk staff breakfast only served from 7-9 which is not good for the late risers / stormy day i wanna make a complaint to Agoda here. When I booked my room, I specified 2 rooms for 4 ppl. But when I confirmed the booking, it stated 2 rooms for 6 ppl even I cancelled it and rebooked again. I sent a msg to ask Agoda if the rate would be cheaper for 4 ppl, I received no answer from them. I was hoping the hotel could rectify it on arrival but the hotel said it was the deal between Agoda and me and they could not refund the extra breakfast coupons to us. So 10 breakfast coupons were wasted which cost 23,000 yens. We know that in Japan the number of ppl stay in a room affects the room rate. For this, we are not happy about Agoda in this case. さらに表示

it is a very good Hotel for skiing. The Hotel itself is a Little run down. Not all Restaurants were operating - it is sad that they did not use the beautiful rooms e.g. as guest Meeting Areas, they were just stacked with old furniture and thus looked a little trashy.
