すごく良い
4ベットのお部屋を予約しました。未就学児が一人いますがその子にもベットを用意してくださり（添い寝でもよかったのですが）一人ずつ使わせて頂きました。スキーメインなので寝れればと思っていましたが、お部屋も広く、温泉？(共同風呂）も露天風呂もありとてもよかったです。朝食も大型ホテルの様なバイキングではありませんが、十分な品数があり子供たちも大満足でした。また連泊でのスキー旅行ではお世話になりたいと思います。 さらに表示

4ベットで部屋は広々、部屋はとても清潔でした。温泉も体がポカポカでスベスベお肌になりました。従業員の方の対応も良かったです。私はあっさり対応が好きな方なので自然な感じがとても良かったです。また利用したいです。 さらに表示

Perfect hotel and great location to most slopes in Hakuba. Facilities are on point and flexible. Only 10 minute walk into town and 40mins walk to Hakuba 47 slope if you fancy a walk. Quite enjoyable surroundings are amazing views throughout. Hotel is quiet and quaint. Would gladly return for its value and location. さらに表示

Great hotel for the ski trip. They provide shuttle buses to some ski slopes and disc for day pass ski lift at Happo-one and Goryu 47. Room was spacious and clean, staffs are friendly, breakfast spreads were ok, and the onset was good. さらに表示

The staffs at Oak Forest are so wonderful and helped me so many times even after I checked out from the hotel. I finally know what does above and beyond stand for! Long story short, Agoda messed up with my booking the hotel did everything they can to provide what I was trying to book via Agoda. Not just that, everytime when I had a problem they always try their best to provide me a solution. I cannot even express how thankful I am! I had the chance to stay at both their Japanese room and Western room. To my surprise, both rooms were very spacious! (Japanese room was a little bigger) Everything was nice and comfortable - I also have to mention the house keepers did very good job in our room! If this wasn't in Japan I really would have left some tips for them! The hotspring was also very clean with just one suggestions - maybe putting numbers on the shelf for the slippers would help people remember which ones belong to them :) Breakfast was also very good they changed up some items everyday. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Oak Forest and will definitely stay again when I am going back to Hakuba. Thank you so much Oak Forest!!!! さらに表示

This accommodation is a 10 min walk to echo land. Staff are very hospitable. Can get a ride to echo land at 2 times in to echo land or happo - you just find out way home. They will also do pick up and drop off to the train station or other places with notice. Breakfast for a westerner is average, but conveniate and included in the cost. This was a good solution for our family of 4 with the 4 single beds. We rented skis right at the hotel and the shuttle bus to the ski resorts picked us up at the front of the hotel. The indoor/outdoor Onsen (hot tub) was great and we visited most days 2 times. It was a fifteen min. Walk to the village for dinner or drinks but we took the hotel shuttle in the evening and walked back after dinner. Loved it! さらに表示

I had a satisfactory stay in the hotel... The room is exactly what I want... Japanese style with ensuite bathroom The room is clean... will be nice if the size of the futon can be double bed The restaurant provides delicious food, I esp like the Japanese food There are shuttle bus bring us to the ski fields, right from the hotel The inhouse onsen is good, enable us to feel relaxed after one day of skiing and it is good for the skin I will definitely revisit this hotel again. さらに表示

Awesome hotel with exceptional staff. We were treated and accommodated very well. Enjoyed the breakfast and onsen as well as Ski Lockers. Despite location (a bit off beaten path), Hotel Oak Forest is extremely good about arranging shuttles for hotel guests to get all around Hakuba and also sells discounted lift tickets for Happo & Goryu. Location is about 15 minute walk from dinner spots in Echoland / 15 minute shuttle ride from Happo-One / 10 min shuttle ride from base camp bus stop. Family stay with 2 young children: Excellent place to stay with wonderful staff and very nice facility; high value. The onsen is high quality and a true luxury after a day out in the cold. Breakfast was very good each morning of our 4 night stay. The hotel is a little on the edge of town, which is good and bad. It is a decent, but very doable walk to restaurants. Frequent shuttles make getting around pretty straightforward once you get the hang of the schedules. Our only regret is that our stay seemed to go by so fast. This hotel is not near and not far from Happo Note Bus station. We took the taxi to hotel (1300 yen), but we can take hotel shuttle bus for free from hotel to Bus station. There is the free shuttle bus from hotel to ski park. The breakfast is good and simple. The onsen is very good. さらに表示

Perfect for snowboarding / skiing as free shuttle buses hourly. There is always space as it is the last bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance. Gear rental shop gets busy so suggest to go there first thing in the morning. The highlight is the outdoor onsen perfect to warm up after. Breakfast is basic, but tasty. The downside is that it’s far from echo land where the restaurants are. you can catch the shuttle at 18:00/18:30 and be sure to make reservation for dinners early. さらに表示

We stayed at Oak forest for 7 nights to ski up at Happo. First morning there, we go down to hire ski gear (before 8:30am) and they have none left, which was extremely frustrating considering we had been communicating for weeks prior regarding ski hire and there had been no mention of limited supply. But staff were happy to arrange a shuttle to a hire joint of our choice, so it was inconvenient but turned out okay. Good spread at breakfast, comfortable rooms and very diligent staff in all areas of the hotel. The "Shared bathroom" turned out to be an Onsen, so if you're expecting to shower alone, that's not likely! Not a problem most days as you can go during quieter periods if need be. さらに表示

Located on the border of Echoland, this hotel is in a quiet area, not too far from the cafe's/shops in the Echoland area (a short drive). The onsen that can be used by guest is amazing after a day skiing. Shuttlebus/directions/skipass etc are offered in the hotel. Breakfast is simple. It is a bit further from Hakuba valley and Happo One but since we had a car this was not a problem. Free parking next to the hotel. さらに表示
