お水が足りなくて、夜にお水をお願いしたのですが、ペットボトル1本300円です。と言われ、一度お断りしたんですが、やっぱり頼もうか、という話になり、もう一度お願いしたら、ピッチャーに入ったお水とペットボトル2本をサービスでくれました。高い金額を提示されて嫌な気分になったので、サービスをしてくれるなら最初からして欲しかったです。 さらに表示

Amazing room and service. The sunrise is beautiful from the room. The service staff try their best although none really speak proper English. The hotel is catered to Japanese therefore nothing is written in English. There is not a single English Channel on tv ( not even news) but we are aware we don’t come for that. Still it would have been good especially if you would be staying for a couple of nights. Not much to do in the area after dark. さらに表示

It takes a 520 yen bus ride and a short walk to the hotel in Tomooura. The hotel is located on the water and a great view of the Inland Sea islands especially from the onsen bath open air pool. It has great front desk assistants, one of whom さきこ, spoke good English and who provided detailed answers for each question. She even willingly shared the photos she had taken of the 4 rainbows which had surfaced over the sea after the spring rain abated and mist cleared during a quiet time at the lobby. We had requested to have a room change as it was for individuals with special assistance and it was done quickly during our dinner without question or fuss. Dinner was great, but surprised to be told the restaurant do not serve plum with shoju, which was available as it was served during breakfast. We had great help again arranging for forwarding of our luggages by the hotel assistants. KC さらに表示
