サンリオ好きファミリーで宿泊しました。
チェックイン時に選べる歯磨きセットが嬉しかったです！！
就寝時ベット周辺にコンセントが無いなと思い、別の場所のコンセントで充電しました。
翌朝、頭元の側面にコンセントを見つけました。
黒い壁に黒いコンセントで見つけにくかったですがちゃんとコンセントありますので、スイッチ周辺をよく見ることをお勧めします。

ロビーのサンリオぬいぐるみタワーが可愛く、子供が大興奮。
お部屋はジュニアスイートに泊まりました。壁紙が可愛く、部屋は快適。ラウンジも使えて、無料スマホのサービスが最高に良かったです。
スタッフは外国人の研修の方でしたが、一生懸命に説明をしてくれました。

Upon arriving, we were greeted by the aninatronic Hello Kitty. The front desk staff dressed my daughter in a beautiful red kimono and we proceeded to have afternoon tea on the 10th floor.
I choose the Cinnamoroll room. It was clean, super spacious and comfortable. I love that they provide sundries for every need, including a hairbrush for my wife and a shaving kit for me.
The included room service breakfast has everything decorated with Sanrio characters. The omelette, the breakfast sandwich, the yogurt and even the salad has Hello Kitty all over. We took tons of pictures during our stay and will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives. さらに表示

The parking are damn expansive it cost up to 1700¥ per day! No joke it’s Super expansive when comes to parking and very hard to find parking even in winter season! Staff can’t really speaks English. I think it’s the first and last time we will be staying here. Unless we are not driving then yes we will consider to stay again. さらに表示

The location was great, and the famous Kokusai street was literally next door. There were many convenience stores nearby too. As the facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. Everything was well provided, and the ancillaries had nice Sanrio motifs too. Lastly, the staff's service was impeccable, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. さらに表示
