安かった駅側のお部屋を予約しましたが、チェックインするとハウステンボス側にグレードアップしてくださっていました。お部屋は広く掃除が行き届いていて、温泉もあり、コンビニもあり、朝食ビュッフェはさすがオークラだけあって本当に美味しかったです。前日はウォーターマークに宿泊しましたが、設備と入園口からのアクセスの良さを考えれば断然こちらだと思います。 年少児連れでしたが、パジャマや歯ブラシもフロントで頂け、今回は行けませんでしたがキッズルームもありました。子連れに優しいホテルだと思います。 さらに表示

スタンダードのシティービューの部屋を予約していましたが、ホテルのご好意でスーペリアルームのハウステンボス側が見えるお部屋に変更して頂きました。 部屋に居ながらハウステンボスの風景を楽しむ事ができました。とてもありがたかったです。 大浴場もあり、ハウステンボスで1日歩いて疲れた身体が癒せ、ベットも寝心地が良かったです。 JRの駅からも近く、長崎旅行2日目は電車で長崎市内へ移動したので、便利でした。 さらに表示

午前8時ごろにホテル着。荷物を預けてホテルでハウステンボスのチケットを購入、ホテルの船着場から船で入場でき、子どもが、喜んでおりました。温泉で遊んだ疲れも取れ良かったです。チェックアウトの際には、部屋に忘れ物をしスタッフの方に同行いただきありがとうございました。機会が、ありましたら利用させていただきます。 さらに表示

Nice price with great hotel facilities especially the Onsen. Able to see fantastic view during breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean washroom. But it is quite inconvenient if you want to have meals outside the hotel or park. You may need to go to Sasebo City for nearest restaurant. さらに表示

When you arrive at the JR station, you can see the hotel. It is beautiful from outside. Check in is only at 3pm so do not arrive too early as there is nothing much to do around. The halfday pass to huis ten bosch only start at 3pm also. The onsen close at 12pm, there a vending machine selling milk at the resting lounge. Breakfast selection is limited but love the view and high ceiling. The croissant was delicious. A relax stay. さらに表示

This hotel is close enough to go to the theme park without staying inside. accessing to train station within good walking distance, in fact can see the station over the bridge. The room is quite sizable. Onsen is good. Breakfast choice has good variety. Local staff are quite courteous and friendly. さらに表示

We booked a family room which was facing the theme park and Forest villa. Room was spacious and onsen was a plus. On the way to the theme park, there were many shops selling Nagasaki's famous local delicacies such as Castella and steamed pork bun. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. さらに表示

I was given a room at high floor, the counter staff is always attentive and professional. One of them even showed us the way around the hotel in the cold. Even though the staff don't speak English, but they make effort to communicate and help us as beat as they can. さらに表示

Perfect hotel n great value for money. Hotel at the entrance, perfect for family. Can enter n exit repeatedly for hotel guest. Very grand hotel, with very nice furniture n facilities.
