非常に満足
11月の終わり頃に１歳半の娘と妻と、朝食のみのプランで宿泊。 お部屋は結構古い印象がしたのと部屋風呂がなかったものの、まぁまぁ清潔感あり、何より安かったので満足でした。 大浴場&露天風呂は綺麗でお湯も軟らかめでいい感じ。子供用のソープ一式と、ベビーバスもあったので、オムツの取れてない娘も温泉のお湯を初体験させてあげられました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式でしたが、よくあるビジホレベルより一段か二段くらい上の質で、席も半個室で小さい娘がいる我が家にはすごく満足度が高かったです。 チェックアウトも11時までと遅めで、バタバタせずに済み良かったです。 今度はお部屋に温泉の付いたところに泊まってみたいと思いました。 全体的に大満足です。 さらに表示

Staff are very polite and good in service. There is a shuttle bus from Hotel to train station which I guess it is easy to access without a car. Environment and facilities are very good , myself and my family have spent very comfort 2 nights in this hotel さらに表示

The hotel is set next to a waterfall and river and our room provided an excellent view of them. The room was nice and spacious, one of the only times in Japan that we could stretch out our legs and relax. Having access to the on-site onsen was fantastic as well. There's an outdoor bath that allows you to enjoy the fresh mountain air, see the river and relax in real hot spring water. The dining was fantastic. We had a traditional kaiseki meal for dinner. The fish was nice and fresh and the cooks were right there if you had any special order or you wanted something else. We ate our meal and then ordered some steak (Japan's best!) and some tempura. Overall, we were looking for a resort to relax in during our stay in Japan and this is exactly what we needed after so much sight seeing and walking. Our only complaint is that, while there are staff that can speak English, we had a few difficult moments in communication. At the end of the day, we got everything we wanted and had our needs fulfilled so it's of little consequence. さらに表示

The thing impressed me the most is they have very good English speaking front desk staff. And they are very nice to the non Japanese speaker. The best service is in their restautant and their staff are very helpful. E.g. One night we need to bring our own wine for a celebration, in stead of charge a fee like some hotels do, they provided wine opener and open the bottle for us, and changed the regular glass to wine glass for us. Something can be better is their hot spring bath - they have closing time from 10am to 1pm. Would be good to open all day. Price is quite high. We paid to stay including two meals, but we did enjoyed the good stay and good food there さらに表示

雖然地點偏僻(千萬不要以為從地圖上看很近就打算行上去，會後悔的)，但旅館有免費接駁巴士和100yen旅館巴士，我是從箱根湯本站搭的士上去的，只需要1000yen。另有一點是酒店網站沒有，酒店其實位於其中一種箱根登山巴士-箱根舊街道巴士路線的奧之茶屋站，因此並不一定從箱根湯本站出發。食物質素中上，種類不是非常多，但晚餐和早餐我都吃飽飽。不得不提的是房間對正小瀑布，聽住流水聲非常寫意。錢湯地方不大，但環境優美。最值得一讚是員工質素非常好。 さらに表示
