Old hotel in an excellent location. The staff have very limited English or the lack of, I was given a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room; all they kept saying is "no change", I had to argue my way through to make them realise their mistakes. さらに表示

Walking distance from Sapporo train station, lots of food nearby. Room was clean but small. The double bed is actually a super single. Check out time is 10am but we are allowed to keep my luggage there. Overall a good stay. さらに表示

Good polite staff,cozy room with a view.We loved watching the snows from our room.Nice toilet.But early check out time of 10 in the morning compare to other hotels which is 11am. さらに表示

my only hesitancy in giving all excellent is the bed was a bit hard and you could hear the outside noise from a bar. but wow, 2 blocks from train, close to odori park, most kind and courteous staff, and such delicious Japanese breakfast that changed the two days I was there. さらに表示
