I extremely happily stayed 4 nights for mainly business and private for extra time. ビジネスユースをメインにプライベートとして、最高に心地よく4泊させていただきました。 Room is very clean and has all things included even Kitchen tools. お部屋は清潔で、キッチンツールをも含むすべてが揃っていました。 Staff were so friendly and sweet. スタッフの方はとても親切でよかったです^ ^ I absolutely recommend this place! こちらの宿泊先はおススメです! We stayed at this hotel for three days, the first day we arrived quite late and both me and my girlfriend are very tired and hungry. We found the hotel easily after exiting the Train station of Karasuma Oike. it was only a 3 minute walk. The staff soon confirmed our reservation and after a quick info fill in we got our room key, our room was nice and big with lots of useful equipment, including a fully functioning cell-phone that has internet DATA and can make free city call and even long distance calls (especially handy when you need to reserve restaurants that requires a phone number). The staff at Front Desk was very kind, he told us where to have nice meal at late hour. The hotel location was very good Karasuma Oike is very close to most popular stations and there are shopping streets within walking distance. Will definitely stay again if we visit Kyoto. さらに表示

Good value and included everything that was listed. Location was perfect for exploring the city, and was fairly close to multiple food options. We had access to laundry and a small kitchenette, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue was that the beds were extremely uncomfortable (hard, and was able to feel the springs poking into me), and for this reason alone, I would not want to stay here again. さらに表示

Conveniently located in Central Kyoto, the hotel is 1-min walk from Subway station, , within 12-15-min walk to Nijo Castle, Kyoto Imperial Palace and Nishiki Market. Room is spacious and clean. Pros: clean, lots of room, and very comfortable. A balcony and washer is also provides to do laundry. Cons: bathroom was a bit tight to squat and use the toilet. Other thoughts - overall, great experience and it was close to a station so I can’t complain. Would recommend to others to look into. さらに表示

After entering the room, I felt the hotel room is much like a small flat with a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave oven, a simple electric stove and an iron. Really nice staff to provide some clean bed sheet for us. Also, hotel offers the bike rental service for 1000 yen per day to cycling around kyoto, highly recommended. さらに表示

1. 3 night stay total cost $965 in early April which may be the going rate due to peak cherry blossom season. 2. Located near train stations/subways, 7-11 store 3. Some amenities available - electric tea kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine, glasses, tea cups. No spoons, forks, chopsticks, plates, pots 4. Hotel did not have ice machine 5. Sofa bed is adequate 6. Limited daily hot water availability for guest usage was not advertised in website nor was guest notified in advance of limited daily hot water that can be used. 7. We stayed here 3 nights and had 3 rooms. This is a apartment hotel. Room is a large size it has a living room which has a couch that turns into a bed. It was actually very comfortable. Shampoo body wash and conditioner is provided along with 1 set of sheets and two sets of towels. There is a stove, kitchen sink and a microwave as well. Free Wifi is provided. Housekeeping is not provided during the stay. Front desk staff is very helpful except one night when we left one of our keys in the car and the other in the appointment we were told that they will open the door for us but "only this time". I didn't see what was the big deal there were 3 folks at the front desk that day and it took about 2 minutes. They have few hourly parking spots right in front of the hotel. Hotel has a train station around the corner. It's about 15 minutes walk away from the market and about 40 minutes walk to geisha district. Philosophers Walk is about 40 minutes walk as well depending where you start さらに表示
