I m staying there with my sister this winter for 3 nights. Everything is so perfect except they don’t have any onsen. Staffs are really really helpful. Our packages include breakfast and dinner and we had different food every meal. A big thumb up to the chef. Trust me, You will 100% enjoy staying there. さらに表示

Actually it’s just a small hotel. But this’s so nice. The staff came to pick me up/drop off/take me to the lift of the mountain. They also prepared the information about the interesting places and restaurants around. +they provide a great bicycle for you to bike around too! Definitely come back here!! Thank you! さらに表示

We had such a positive experience at this place. The staff looked after us really well, nothing was too hard for them e.g. looking up information for us, dropping us off at 6am to the bus station. We also liked the fact that they didn't have too many rooms, so it was quite cosy and quiet Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Hakuba and will recommend it. さらに表示

Spacious (in terms of Japanese standards.) King size single beds, refrigerator, TV, high-speed internet with a nice view of the mountains. Bathroom is a bit small, but it's manageable. Bathroom had a bathtub too - ideal after skiing. The wooden log, cabin setting is lovely. About 1 5 min walk to Happo-one bus terminal and 5 mins to the shuttle bus stop (Goryu, Hakuba 47 etc.) I would stay here again. さらに表示

THe Staff at Hotel Reposer Hakuba are wonderful. They are very kind to help with transfers, suggestions and any other queries. The location is great, close the the village centre and available mountains. The rooms are clean, spacious. Would happily return and recommend to others. Thanks for the great getaway さらに表示
