個室のユニットバスだけでなく、大浴場（それほど大きくないですが）あるのが、ゆっくり湯船につかれて嬉しいのでルートインにしました。 駐車場がいっぱいで近くの市営駐車場（駐車券貰える）に行ったが、案内してくれる人おらず、ホテルに入って聞くにも一時停車も出来ないくらい狭くぐるぐる周りを回って時間がかかりました。 コストパフォーマンスからスタッフも最小人数でまわしててチェックインの駆け込み時やとは思うのですが案内する人がいるなり、とにかく分かるようにした方が利用者の不満になるだけ。 アゴダの表示も駐車場（敷地内）としか書いてないし、もう少し詳しく表示出来るようにした方がいい。 さらに表示

We only stayed overnight to check out Gotemba Outlet mall. We arrived late afternoon, check in was very fast. Location is very good. It's about 10 minutes drive to outlet mall. There are a lot of places to eat near the hotel. Hotel has onsen which was a welcome surprise. Check out was very fast too. Staff can speak English, limited but OK. さらに表示

The hotel is near Gotemba station, just 5 min it walk to there. Near the Gotemba station there also have shuttle bus service to Gotemba Premium Outlets. However the hotel room is too small. I want to put 2 luggage also no space. さらに表示

We booked this hotel because of the reviews of it's great room views of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Was really fortunate to be able to have a decent view of the majestic mountain on our first day. Unfortunately, the weather was very cloudy the next morning when we woke up. Nonetheless, the stay in Hotel Route Inn Gotenba Ekiminami was good. However, the drawbacks of the hotel is it's accessibility to other tourist attractions such as Lake Ashi and Yunessun. The fastest route to these places were 1.5 hour bus rides from Gotenba Station. This hotel is recommended for those who would like to have a good view of Mt Fuji on an early morning. さらに表示

The best thing about our "mini double room" was the view. Early in the morning at 6am we were awake by the shadow of Mt Fuji. by 8am, the sky was all clear and we can see the beautiful Mt Fuji right in front of us from our bedroom window. You can also see Mt Fuji while taking breakfast.The location is good as it is about 10 mins walk from JR train station and also free shuttle bus from the station to Gotemba outlet. The mini hot spring room was an added joy for us. We really enjoyed our 2 days stay here as we had made the right hotel choice. さらに表示

Short stay but great place to catch a glimpse of the magnificent mt Fuji. They gave us a room that faces mt Fuji so we woke up everyday with a beautiful view. Staffs were really friendly and breakfast was reasonable. Just a 5mins walk away from gotemba station where they have the free shuttle bus to outlet stores. The bad part is there's not a lot of dinning choices around this hotel and the whole area is quite quiet except for a huge 7-elevan store which is just a street away. Pros distance from Gotemba Station is only 5 mins walk, easy access to premium outlet shuttle bus(15 mins interval) and bus to Yeti. Must try the unagi rice 5 mins walk from the station. Yakiniku place is also great, but advice to make reservations due to popularity. Staff speaks good English and has very good recommendations for food. Room has humidifier. Cons onsen is just normal, but very clean. No open air Onsen. Room is quite narrow, esp if you have luggage. Stands out - this is a good option if you are here to ski / shop in the day and return for the night for food nearby and bed. さらに表示

We drove fm Haneda Airport & stayed at the hotel because of its location & parking facility. Hotel is clean and our rooms have beautiful view of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Front desk staff speaks little English. Hotel is a short walk to Gotemba Station & bus terminal which has express buses/trains to Shinjuku etc. The free shuttle buses to the Premium Outlet are also located there. We had horrible service, the staff didnot explain to us about the check out time due to lack of language barrier. We need to pack our luggage quickly with short notice. The staff was not helpfull at all. The room was not proper clean, we found a bug crawling in the carpet. The second night, we found the glass in the mini bar was not clean. Basic, no frills place, value for money especially if you are visiting the Gotemba Premium Outlet and would like a place nearby. Mt Fuji is just right in front, so you get a great view. They have an onsen too. Breakfast is so so, but for the price, no complains. さらに表示
