In general, the English standard of the hotel staff is poor. Far away from the train station and need about 30mins by walk. Indeed, it is far away from Kumamoto city where most visitors would be there. さらに表示

the hotel is quite old with small room. located far from station with 10-15 mins walk. there is no living room for gusts in the lobby, just a small table with 2 chairs. smelly of smoke in the room as all room are smoking room even if you request for non-smoking room. it's okay to stay for a night and leave the city next morning. the good thing is free wifi in the room. さらに表示

The price is reasonble around Yatsushiro and kumamoto, but a bit far from downtown, if you are looking a place in kumamoto, better not chose Yatsushiro, it is because that it take around 8-10 station to kumamoto and need walk around 15-20 mins from station, also bus service to hotel only till ~20:30, if you come back later, only can walk or take a taxi, to be honest, hotel is spacious rather than hakata with similar price. さらに表示

We enjoyed the services. Room size is reasonable. Car park is just outside the hotel building and is free of charge. This hotel is at a quiet corner out of the busy shopping district, we enjoy both the convenience and the good quality of hotel room. Simple breakfast is offered but food quality is great. さらに表示
